Location is amazing. The hotel is clean and is great value for money. The staff is nice. Thomas and Alexander were very kind. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely book again if I went to Prague.

Ist floor weak internet, warm wd small fan,some staff were not accomodating they dont even say hello or greet.

Clean atmosphere, nice location, daily cleaner, towels were changed everyday . Breakfast is a bit okey. As far as I remembered one guy that always stand near the entrance is quite nice and hospitable, the same with Alexander which is accomodating.

Friendly staff welcomed us on arrival. We stayed only 1 night and it was ok and as expected. Hotel is close to city centre, probably 15 minutes walking.

No AC, but no problem at all, we open windows 😀 for ventilation.

Thé breakfast was delicious and everything you need, but seemed like on a temporary location. Better go early. No airco, but we knew and by opening thé windows in the evening & night (also in thé hall) it was ok!

+ Large and comfortable rooms, everything very clean! Well located in walking distance of the center! Everybody was very friendly, especially Alexandr and Anton at the reception!

The only thing it's about the air conditioner. Maybe them can change it in the future.

Cock roaches in room, at least 1 or 2 a day as we had to keep windows and balcony open due to heat! No smart TV so only 2 English news channels to watch 🙄

It was pretty warm, but we knew before we arrived that there wouldn't be any air conditioning.

The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were really helpful. The room was very well equipt.

Room was very hot and there was no air conditioning. They supplied a small fan, and we simply slept with a window open to let the breeze in. This would only be an issue on hot days in summer.

The included breakfast was very good, I was expecting a small intercontinental buffet like other European hotels - but there was a good selection of savoury and sweet and hot and cold food. Staff were very helpful and check in was easy.

Good hotel and price. Location is very good, you can walk to many places, it is clean, the staff (Alexander and Anthon) helped us very well with tickets for the boat. Breakfast is ok (simpele)

The bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel location. It is near to all the touristic places. The breakfast has a good variety of food and it has a good quality. The guys at reception (Alexandr, Natalie, Antony) were very kind with us and helpful.

Cleaning of rooms. There is a point where dust started accumulating as if the room was barely touched

The hotel itself is unique. The room is spacious and comfy. It is located in a relatively quiet area, yet still within walking distance to some attractions, and a shopping is also nearby.

In summer it get very hot, there is no AC and one sided ventilation via single window does not allow for room to cool down, so at night it is hot.

Great location. Hotel is near bus station Florenc. Shopping mall Palladium is 5 minutes and city centre 15 minutes away by foot. Nice rooms - clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet.
