Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicThe only small thing was that the pillows were not the most comfy, otherwise everything was great.
It was really quiet as the hotel is located further from the city center. The room was clean and cozy, had a very spacious bed and a nice bathtub. The receptionist was nice and helpful, even though there was no microwave for guests he let us use one in the kitchen.

United StatesSomewhat loud water pump when you turn on the water, but not a major issue. It's a bit outside the city center, but still easy to reach by public transportation or on foot.
Nice atmosphere in the botel—neat and clean—and a novel experience. Great to see ducks floating on the river just a few meters away. Comfortable bed.

AustriaCleanliness could definitely be improved, also outdoor lighting, as some other guests already pointed out. There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the room, especially in the toilet.
A unique and interesting experience for sure. Very welcoming and helpful staff, great communication from start to finish (even with us changing parts of our reservation last minute!). Room itself was quite large, with the bathroom "bit" (except for the toilet) being located in the same room as the bed, just positioned on opposite sides. Shower over bath. Water and tea/coffee making facilities provided. Small table with chairs. Nice view over the river. Heating available - which was needed indeed as it was a pretty chilly night. Free parking next to the hotel (on rough terrain), tram within walking distance. Delicious breakfast! We were told that on the boat upgrading and updating works are being carried out. We had a great time and are going to come back next year!

Germanylocation: actually Prague is a small city. I mean location was not bad in terms of distance to central places. you can get to the old town by tram in 30 minutes. that's ok but the distance between tram and hotel (max 400 Mt, not much far) was very dark and gravel. they need some lightings on that road. also I think every hotel room should give disposable slippers for every room. otherwise your room will be muddy.
this bot hotel concept really nice, but rooms at downstairs were very small, we asked to change our room, with an extra 20 euros (really worth for 2 nights) they gave us bigger room and that was very good. room has jakuzi bathtub.

LithuaniaThe view over the river was great, especially at sunrise, and added a really peaceful attribute to our stay. The room was comfortable, with everything we needed for a short relaxing visit. The standout, however, was the staff: they were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. It was a bonus that everyone spoke excellent English, making communication easy!

PolandLittle bit to dark in the room, especially in the bathroom.
Nice place when you visit Prague and don't need to stay in the city center. You can walk along the river to the center or use public transport which is located close to the botel. Room was space enough with comfortable bed. The breakfasts are ok. Free parking and WiFi is on plus. Personnel is really friendly.

SloveniaWe missed a fridge and an electtic kettle (it wasn't listed, but it would be nice to have) and there was very little space to put your things in the otherwise cute bathroom/shower.
Its a unique experience when you sleep with water about 30 cm below your window. The hallways and our room had a fitting aesthetic for the boat. The bed was comfortable and storage was good.

MongoliaSlippers, toothbrush, toothpaste and comb, hotel do not provide. As soon as you get room access, you'd better first to check if shower and other facilities are properly working. If anything doesnot work, it will be good for you to ask room change before using it.
