It’s a bit run down and needs some maintenance works and deep clean around the mouldy / dump areas in the shower. No TV in the room and safe wasn’t working.

It’s on a boat :) The staff was really nice and helpful. Coffee and tea available 24/7 as no kettles in the rooms. Lovely terraces to enjoy your meals or a drink.

Very comfortable stay and really pleasant staff. The place is quiet, there is free parking available and metro station is short walk away (cca 12-15 minutes). Beds are comfy, water pressure great, air conditioning working well. During summer (and perhaps during other seasons also, I am not sure) they organise every couple of days some life music on the deck or open air cinema, which was awesome. Would stay again.

The location is accessible via dirt road only and without lights. Going back at night by foot was quite stressful. I never stayed at a botel and as I had the lower deck it was somewhat scary (for me) as the river was 1m above my floor behind the window. But that's really a me problem. Also, couldn't find WiFi password in any part of the room. Bathroom was weird and you could hear the pump working. Took some time to get used to. Great thing is they have self check-in at night, so it did not matter that no one was at reception. I also appreciate nice beers at the reception :).

Generally everything was okay - staff was forthcoming, the room clean, breakfast good. The price per night is a really good value.

Road to hotel is in very low condition so beware when driving as some of the pits are really sharp. No trash bins outside, so we were unsure what to do after dog walking if you know what I mean. Water pump isn’t fast in the shower and with two showers in a row, our shower flooded.

Nicely decorated and well thought interior, delicious breakfast, dogs very welcome, free parking outside, air conditioning which was great when evening sun heated the room quickly. Even though the room was very small (it’s still a ship!), storage was enough and we had organised our belongings easy. Soft towels, comfortable bed.

The rooms are small as expected and the bathroom is not as comfortable as in normal hotel. We were aware of the situation but some guests can be surprised by lack of privacy in the bathroom.

Staying at botel has own charm. The bed was great with comfortable matress and breakfast was also nice. We like to hang out at the open level for a drink and relax. And there is nothing better than a bunch of ducks waking you in the morning :) We will return for sure

The bathroom could've been cleaner and the carpet in the room always felt a bit wet. Bathroom is basically a small cabin where water flows everywhere. Probably because of the damp the room also had a smell, but after leaving the window open it went away. A shower curtain or wall could be useful. Also a bedside lamp! Tram station is nearby and the city centre can be reached in 20-30 minutes and by day that was completely fine. But at the evening the location creeped me out a little, a dark road goes down to the boat and after 10 pm noone from the staff was around. Considering this and the distance from the centre I've found the price for a single room a bit overcharged.

It was a nice experience to stay on a boat, the breakfast on the terasse was great! The receptionists were very friendly when I arrived. The single room was okay for a short stay, but next time I would probably book a double room even if I'm alone, because the rooms downstairs are quite small.

It's little bit noisy if you get a room close to door and the doors are little bit small if you book a single room. So I will advice you to book double room even if you are single.

The approach was down a dirt road and under a dark bridge. If I were travelling alome or only with female friends, I would advise a cab when returning after dark).

Ot was fun to be on the water. There were screens on the windowa, so no worry about bugs.
