Some spots at the entrance carpet were dirty/had spots on them, and on one place next to the wall. But nothing that cannot be quickly solve and might've been a very recent thing. A nitpick from my side.

Great cozy room with good internet speed and a great bathroom. Excellent location to reach any place in Prague. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very fast check-in & checkout process. Breakfast options were adequate and food good. All in all, great deal & stay.

Stains on the carpet.

We were given a family room for some reason (i don’t recall booking one) but that turned out perfect for us as we had 2 big luggages which I imagine would’ve been a squeeze in a regular room. The breakfast was genuinely great, we were so excited for it every morning - good spread and some items changed every day. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. About an 8 min walk to the closest tram stop which was then only 2-3 stops to the city.

It s kinda far from the city center, but it s managable if you visit Prague on a warm weather. The breakfast wasn t really versatile, a lot of sweets and very little filling food.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite filling. The location was decent, but still required some walking to get into the heart of Prague. There are a number of restaurants and bars conveniently located nearby.

the location seemed more comfortable in the map. Breakfast starts at 7.30, it is somewhat later than it'd be comfortable for me on a workday.

The receptionists. they speak fluent English and manage kindly anything you need help with. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection.

My room was on the ground floor and it could use air-conditioning. It opened into a common garden area where people were smoking so to open the window was not an option. It lacked privacy too unless you closed the curtain.

It was great value for money, considering I booked it very last minute. It was exceptionally clean and nicely located. Just a tram stop away from the central train station. I could also check-in earlier, that was very customer-friendly.

Very difficult to get a parking spot in the hotel´s parking (only four spots available) - at the time when we travelled the street was also closed because of roadwork. Scratches/cracks in the walls not representative of a 4-star hotel. A/C would be a great addition.

No air-conditioning in the rooms.There is a noisy bar close by with people standing outside talking until late although thank goodness the hotel has good windows to suppress noise. Not much else really.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent and very well presented breakfast particularly strong on salads, cheeses, cooked meats and home made cakes. Bedroom featured useful features including a fridge and safe. Comfortable bed. Seven minutes to very frequent tram service and 15 mins to main train station.

We had the unfortunate timing of the road outside being re surfaced, which made it impossible to have a nice lie in. There is a cocktail next door open until 5 a.m., so can get noisy on Fri and Sat .. The mini fridge was warm, so it needs replacing.. A bit of an update in the bathrooms is in order.

It was OK. Quite close to the tram to get to the old town centre. The breakfast was good! Great value for money, the staff were lovely and helpful, the housemaid was lovely also. There are plenty of great places to eat and supermarkets nearby

All of the double rooms face the street. There is a bar right next to the hotel and some very close. It gets loud during the night, because of the bars.

I liked the slef check in option, it was easy. The personal is nice. The breakfast is okay.

I was a bit surprised. I wanted to pay in CZK (local currency), but the lady at the reception desk wasn’t able to to give me money back in CZK (around 800 CZK), because they had only 500 CZK in cash. I was told, that I have to go to the store and somehow to help myself and they do not care. I offered to make the payment later next day after check-out, but this wasn’t an option as well. To be honest, I do not like this kind of communication. This should be handled by the hotel. It’s not a visitor’s problem if the hotel does not have enough cash and if this happens, not the guest, but the hotelmmanager shoud take care about this. At the end we managed it (I had to go to the store outside and buy something to exchange money), but the communication should be definitely more customer oriented. An other interesting thing: we came by car and there is an inside parking place for extra fee, which is great. But once if you park your car, you are not able to go out after 19:00h, because the parking space will open only at 9:00 AM next day. It wasn’t an issue for us during our stay, but it´s good to be aware of this limitation in case, if you wqnt to go in and out with your car; mainly in late evening hours. It’s simple impossible.

Value for money and the location. It was quiet, even if I had my room on the 1st floor. The breakfast was also very nice.
