Breafast was very good. We did nor except that to be that good. For three days of our stay the breakfast very delicious. Check in went very smootly. Room was big and bed very comfortable. Can recommend 100%.

Rude and unprofessional stuff. Getting my receipt upon my request, not automatically. Not explained exactly what was charged more about 20€, than the price I have booked in Booking. Cold rooms, not very properly cleaned , our room placed next, to the block with flats with noisy dog and students. We make a huge mistake we wanted to try another hotel in Prague, than we used to go. Hopefully never again.

The room was very clean, comfortable and big enough for us. The hotel is near bus station, just 5 stops from centre ~12 minutes. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly (it was my husband’s birthday and I suppose they saw it on the passport because they surprised us with a bottle of wine and baloons). I trully recommend this hotel.

Stuff didn't give us wifi code. I had to request a code for door/room, although we were told it will be send to us on the day of arrival, which didn't and after that we were rudely asked to pay for the room before the cose sending (I usually pay at property on the arrival) Breakfast was served from 8am. Reception is open till 9pm only and there seems to be nobody around if any help needed. There was no plant based milk served at breakfast and nobody asked about any food allergies prior eating breakfast....

For the 3 of the 4 Days, we didn't have hot water for our Shower and the answer from the manager was to refund 10% of the whole amount for destroying our holidays to be 3 Days without a shower. The roof in the toilet was coming off and the carpet in the bedroom was dirty, as if something fell on it and was never cleaned. In general, it was not clean, there was some hair on the toilet and the sink on the side where some small black dots, looked like mold. Maybe from pictures online looked nice but from close it's different.

The room itself was little bit too small and even though we had the most amazing big bed, for two it was uncomfortable because from one side it was directly boarded by wall and there was not enough place to put our clothes.

Room is very small for 2 adults. If you open window it will be very noisy, if you close it - will be very hot. Shower cabin is small, I am a skinny person, but I hit my elbows every time I took shower. Another problem - hot water. It was not enough hot water for us both to take shower. The walls are thin, we could hear kids watching cartoons behind the wall. I expected better facilities.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. You can choose what to have for breakfast even if you are on special diet.

I was a little bit confused. What's the reason ?- Why the Booking.com didn't charge my credit card 2 days before arrival as they did it before ??? I had to pay a higher price. More then 418eur for 2 rooms + City tax.

There is no air-condition in the rooms, it was very hot. The reception works only from 9am till 9pm. And the key for garage is only avaible when reception is working. If you need your car between 9pm and 9am, you can't get it, because the garage is locked.

There was difficult to find parking place, but hotel staff recommended us to leave car in other hotels (their partners) parking, wich cost us 17€/day

Very friendly stuff, the girls recommended us so nice places to visit/to eat, we were very grateful. Hotel in very good place, 15/20mins to city center. Room-clean, nice street views from the windows, good sound isolation, comfortable shower. Truly recomend!
