It's a nice hotel, comfortable and good location. There were few things I didn't like, the door lock was not working, they fixed it after me few times going up and down, the room was not straight forward to find, and lights in the hall way had delay to turn on. Other than these it was good. I can recommend it.

The window in my room could not close properly. It was very cold during the night so I had to use 2 blankets.

The website says there is "washing and drying of clothes"but when I asked at the desk about laundry service I was told that this is a humble 3 star hotel and they don't have things like that. Cool but update your website and don't over promise! I don't think the breakfast was worth the 13 euros we paid. There were plenty of food options but it wasn't great quality for price in my option.

The room was too big with high ceiling and the radiator couldn’t heat the entire room, so it was kinda cold in the room.

Everything were perfect

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's outstanding cleanliness. Every corner was neat and freshly cleaned, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly, eager to assist, and always available for any inquiries. The room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, making it convenient to get around to various parts of the city. Additionally, it is close to many important attractions, such as museums, historical sites, and shopping centers. The accessibility was also excellent, both for people with mobility issues and for guests with children. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

Shower head kept falling and water power was weak. Beds were very low to the ground and the room had a strange layout. No kettle in room. It was a bit dated and the facilities weren't great, but we still loved our stay!

The reception staff were lovely - especially the young guy with dark hair and glasses, whose name I didn't catch. Very good value for money and a good location if you don't mind a little walk! Close to transport links and delicious restaurants and bars. Good sized room.

Bathroom fan takes time to turn off. Breakfast was not worth it.

Nicely sized room. Had little kitchenette for use (microwave, fridge, cups, plates, utensils, etc). Hallway had a lot of storage space.

The hotel had an incident in the evening either on our floor or below not sure. Some noise related to this unfortunately. We expect this is rare, eventually was de-escalated but did take some time.

I stayed for one night and was quite satisfied. The room is spacious and large, and although the furniture is older, the mattress was extremely comfortable for sleeping. Both the room and bathroom were very clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The room faces a busy street, so traffic noise is noticeable, but this is expected given the excellent location of the hotel, which is close to the city center. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a great option for those seeking good accommodation at an affordable price.

The toilet seats were a little unstable. The lift was a little weird because they were in the half floors, but this could have been my mistake, since I saw more lifts.

The hotel was really clean. Had our own bathroom, you could adjust the room temperature for yourself, nice bed, cozy pillows. The wifi was also perfect 🥰

Nice hotel in a good position for tourists. Metro entrance is close by as well as bus and tram stops. We didn't choose the breakfast option, so can't talk about it. Was tidy and organised, with an elevator and a kind staff at the reception.

Parking is really tight to enter, but when you enter it's a comfortable space. The walls are kinda thin, so often you can hear some noises from other apartments.

The location is excellent. It is literally a 5 min walk, no need for public transport. The staff are pleasant, so if you have any problems they are ready to help. I would definitely choose this apartment if I went to Prague again.

You need to book a parking aditional, because hotel parking its to small. But you have a lot of parkings close to the Hotel.

Hotel is on nice location. Its close to the city center. You need maybe 20 of walk to the Old town. If You dont like to walk, the Tram Station is 1 Minute from Hotel.
