Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Needed adapter and there wasn't any available at the reception, which is shame, bc it small cost but very helpful guests!. Also early checking was not available. Other than that, I enjoyed my Stay! I would recommend this hotel!
Hotel is located within walking distance from centre and close to everything really. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was noisy from the road outside, even night time.
Very nice room, it had everything that i needed. Walking distance to main attractions and close to the metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I guess the room furniture could have been nicer, but I wasn't really concerned about that.
This was a simple hotel. The room was not luxurious, but it was clean enough and comfortable enough. I was able to get in and out without any difficulties. The staff were friendly.

Some of the equipment seen a better days, but when you need just a base camp it's more than enough.
Great location for walking trips to city centre. Very reasonable pricing and really comfy beds. Helpful staff.

It was a spacious and clean room with a big and comfortable bed. Enough closet space. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the metro and city centre. It's a basic breakfast, but it was ok.

One think that annoyed me a bit was the noise of the lift. It was bit odd as the lift was quite far from my room which was on street site. I did not really noticed street noise. I am however light sleeper so this would not be problem for most people and I have ear plugs for this.
Absolutely superb location. Breakfast was good although it could contain some more pastries. Ideally some local kolacky would be great. However it overall it was good. And shout out for staff members. smiling at 4am or in midday.

They charge the tourist tax on arrival. The room was a bit small to open our luggage and walk around it.
It was ok. There was nothing in particular that I liked for me to highlight.

The room was freezing cold. All the heating was off when I walked in and took forever to heat the room up. The window was not closing shut and there was a significant flow of cold air into the room. Had to seal it with a towel from the bathroom and make a knot on the curtains so that the heating panel can heat the room. the restaurant was under construction so no breakfast. the lights on the staircase and corridors seemed not to work properly and there was some darkness to navigate to my room :)
The location of the hotel is great. The price was great, and now I understand it was quite relative to the drawbacks. The reception staff was quite nice and friendly.

Only two types of coffee in the machine. Parking lot suitable only for smaller cars :)
Large apartment in the rooftop of the hostel. It had everything we needed. Located centrally, you have a lot of traffic noise over there. Breakfast ist lovely, some local stuff, which we enjoyed

My toilet seat was constantly getting off, so I was trying to re-attach it a lot. It wasn't broken but it kept getting unattached which was a bit annoying.
Place was warm, and bed was comfortable.

We didn't mind the noise from the busy street outside but it might be an issue for some. The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful but most of the other employees (in the breakfast room, at the reception) were rather unpleasant. The breakfast is average at best, I would recommend eating elsewhere.
A decent hotel conveniently located in the center of Prague. Our room was clean and spacious.
