The staff was very helpful and understanding. I arrived early in the morning tired and sweaty after the 18 hour bus trip, and I knew that check-in was only possible since 2 p.m., but I could freely leave my bag and even take a shower - which was something I didn't expect, but that was so much needed and appreciated. Location is excellent - the very centre and very good breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic place, close to the city center and to the train station. The staff was always with a smile, helpful and everything worked as it should (key-codes, toilets, showers,etc). The rooms and common areas were super clean, well maintained and the breakfast was tasty and well varied! Top notch place!

the room was a bit too hot, as a lot of sunshine came in before my arrival, making the indoor temperature not very pleasant, private parking is possible at a nearby garage (reserving with the property will make the overnight stay less expensive, around 30%)

practical place for an overnight stay, location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk and you are in the city center, check in was fairly easy, building and room are accessed via a given code, room and bathroom are very clean, as is the common space inside the building

The only thing to improve is the noise isolation, that can be too much depending on the room you get. But nothing they can do about it, it's an old building

Building itself a little bit old. Most probably because of that toilets a bit old. Also, the walls were so thin.

It was as defined in the description. The room was clean, beds were quite new. Common areas were well equipped.

No fan for extracting strong smells in kitchen. Some other guests were cooking food which left an unpleasant odour for a while, and because there are no outside windows, it lingered. I could see some fragrance sticks, but they didn't help.

Room was bright, warm, comfortable and ready on arrival, the kitchen was well equipped.Great value breakfast Great location. Above all, helpful staff. Easter biscuits on reception were a lovely touch.

A minus is the fact that in my room was no desk and was hard for me to work on the laptop from bed. Also, it was a little bit cold, but this is a matter of taste.

Positive aspects: location, staff, very good breakfast. The location is in the heart of the city, close to train and bus station. They answer very fast on booking and give all the info you need. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you.

It's hard to avoid noise due to the common areas, but they do offer earplugs.. :) Dont regret my choise..
