Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

UkraineFirst, there was a weird smell in the room, so I had to additionally air it after checking in. The walls seem to be thick, but I still slept in earbuds, because every single notice from the outside or the hallway was audible. The room needs the door to be checked - it needed to be slammed to shut it, I think it was disturbing other visitors. And the room also needs better protection from the light in the hall - the room was lit every time the light switched on in the hallway. Separate thing I would like to mention is a large red name russian federation in the hallway - I can’t understand why any European state would keep the name of the terrorist state in the walls… There are only 2 toilets for six rooms , which is not enough. They need better air conditioning too. The place returned the money for parking as agreed, but it’s still not there after a week.
Very comfy beds and nice location

PolandI've not recognized (but i noticed that after the reservation) that bathroom is common on the corridor (kinda students doroom way). And the biggest problem was that I was unable to lock my shower during taking it! Totaly recommend landlords to install kind of personal lock for privacy benefit of the guests.
Breakfast was nice, and tasty. Whole space was pretty cozy and spacious. Very close to historic city center (literally on it) very close to a lot of attractions, bars, restaurants.

SlovakiaThere were no windows in the room, which we did not figure out beforehand. This also means there was no way to ventilate the room naturally, and air conditioning had to run at all times. Breakfast was average, nothing surprising, didn't come close to the photos...
I think it's a nice place for youth groups, huge room with a max of 10 beds, great place for chilling together. More like a hostel.

LithuaniaRooms look way worse than in the pictures. The smell throughout the place was not pleasant. The most memorable negative thing were old and dirty carpets. Staff acted friendly and welcoming, but when problems arose they couldn’t solve it in a professional way.
The place where this property is located was nice and convenient, right in the city centre. Staff communicated in a very friendly way, they gave nice recommendations for our evening in Brno.

Czech RepublicWe booked a room with private toilette and the room only had a private shower. For the WC we had to use a common one for the complete floor, which of course I didn't like. The place offers a "parking garage" here in booking, but there is no such a thing. We had to park inside a public parking garage 3 streets away from the entrance. The interior of the building was full of stairs and intricate corridors, so I'm happy that nobody in my group had mobility issues. Last but not least, the breakfast was quite meagre and frugal.
The location. The place is right in the heart of Brno. The room was huge, including a second level inside the same room. The A/C worked perfectly.

staff welcomed us really nicely, and the room was really spacious and had all we needed - liked how the shared bathroom wasn’t shared with loads of people and the kitchen facilities were handy if needed

PolandThey have great marketing, but nothing from the photos is true. Neither the look of the rooms nor the food. Simple, cold, Ikea-style rooms for the students who want to party. Relatively dirty. No-frills bathrooms. Cold rooms (~16*C) - in the sense that heating started in the morning and the whole evening we had to stay in coats or under the quilt. For this kind of price, you can find many different hotels within a 1km distance. Unfortunately, I've been seduced by the photos and descriptions.
Location is very good. Absolute center of an old town. That's a huge plus, but that's where all the pros are ending.

KuwaitNo Lift :-( so not recommended for travelers with heavy bags.
The best part of Internesto is the location. Located in the heart of Brno is easily accessible to the main train station by walking or by Tram. The staff - Caterina and Lucy are very friendly and co-operative. The apartments are big, modern and clean compared to the hotel rooms found in Europe. Breakfast is decent. Would surely visit again .

United StatesThe morning paid breakfast was mediocre it consisted of typical cheap hotel food. Yoghurts, cheap lukewarm hotdogs, sliced bread, and fruits are some of the options among others. For 8 euro is was a bad deal. The thing that bothered me most about my stay is the lack of noise proofing in the room! i could hear people talking at a conversational level in the hallway from my bed! If you were to speak at a normal volume in my room other guests would easily able to hear every word.
this property is extremely centrally located, its right im the heart of Brno! And for budget travelers i think its worth considering

HungaryA company of 20-25 people was very loud. They roared until 5 am in the hotel and on the street. Since there is no air conditioning in the room, so we had to keep the window open. Nobody was here to enforce the House rules, that you have to quiet after 10.
Staff was very friendly. Location is perfect.

LithuaniaWe were expecting to stay in a living facilities, not the conference room with huge speakers and the projector screen, conference tables and chairs. The ventilation noise was too loud. Felt like we were sleeping in the gym. But we took it as a new experience, therefore the ratings overall are ok.
It was clean. In the heart of the city.
