great value, nice have privacy at a cheap price. only complaint is to get in you rely on your phone so it’s a problem if you don’t have battery or data, and secondly there is no privacy in the showers at all. other than that it was great, there are sockets to charge your phone etc

I didn’t like the self check in , the instructions wasn’t clear . It took me a while to figure it out how to open the door. You have to have your phone with internet . Click the link with the button on your phone to unlock the door and your capsule.

The capsule was slightly dusty, and the box casing had a small defect on one side, making the neighboring capsule visible.

hostel is on basement level, so no daylight comes in, only air vents. Violent drunken guest was disturbing half of the night all other guests; couldn't sleep caused by that noise. Should be done more for secure and safe stay. Security at least nightly? Peoples mentality is mostly unrespectable in such accommodations (loud nightly phonecalls next to you, screaming around, they also made use of my towel, shoes laying round everywhere and coats, even bags and groceries). Have been asking if they live at home in same way? this kind of handlling should be monitored by the owner to make it as comfortable as possible for evveryone. this only happens, because nobody controls an sanctions this behaviour. that works well in other hostels!

everthing there, even a Hairdryer. In bathroom it was cosy warm, towelsdryer. The rest of the accommodation was in my opinion overheated, but better than freezing. matress good, big + compact storage boxes with key, quick online-check-in (uncomplicated, no App needed), sanitair clean, capsule less clean but okay.

It was HOT!!!!! And I mean Hot! It felt like a sauna in that place. I was so uncomfortable at night because it was unbearable to sleep and we had to keep the pod door open which left us with little privacy.

It is in a good location and easy to get to all the sights. There is the tram in walking distance and takes you everywhere you want to go. The place was clean and secure. All the guests were nice and respectful of each other. The bed was comfortable and there was enough room for myself and my husband. I loved the security.. However, that needs to be stipulated that people need to have wifi otherwise they cannot get in the building.

The showers and bathrooms had dirty floors. The capsules didn’t have good air so I wouldn’t stay here in summertime.

The property was fine, once I found it. Googling the Capsule Hotel gave me the wrong address originally, and I found it only after calling the help line. The help line people were excellent, but I thought that if images and step-by-step imaging was shown, this would certainly assist the unfamiliar. Know this: to access this property, YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING INTERNET CONNECTION! There are THREE Internet access keys, one for the front door, one for the access to the specific stairway to the section of the building for the Capsule Hotel link, where you must then walk forward from the entrance, next, walk up a small set of about 8 steps, then go down another set of about 8 steps where you now have a door going outside to a small yard (not where you want to go) then on your left is a door (that should be marked with a big sign) then down the stairs after unlocking the second door (electronically) and finally into the hotel area where the next requirement of the third electronically linked Internet lock is used to unlock your capsule. My phone experienced problems with Internet connectivity as I was roaming in Czechia, so I couldn’t initially open the front door or call the help desk. Other guests from other parts of the property were able to open the front door, and I got inside. The Wi-Fi was strong on the lobby level and I regained Internet connection through the Capsule Hotel. I was able to open this second door, but when I went down the stairs, the downstairs level Wi-Fi did not connect (though it showed 3 out of 4 bars). I was able to access the cellular aspect of my phone, and I was able to place the call to the help desk. We were finally able to unlock the door to my pod, #12. It was comfortable and absolutely clean. 5-stars for this, as well as for their providing a towel for the shower (which I forgot to pack). There is an electronic lock that you must engage from within. It appears to have a magnetic activator.

When I was finally able to find it, it was an interesting concept. The pod was actually comfortable, and I slept well. The shower area was a shared space, and the equipment was in good working order.

You have your own Space with a comfortable size, the kitchen was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. The staff was very nice when we called them.

The check-in was horrible. I waited for the “online check-in” to be completed on the stairs while nobody answered. Even after I paid the city tax, they kept me waiting telling me they sent the link for the entrance but they didn’t. I wish I was informed that it was an online check-in and how to open the doors.

Maybe at first it scared me that the capsule hotel is located in a basement, but that also makes the capsules quiet. The ventilation could be better, but it's ok.

Well located, convenient comfortable bed, ideal for just sleeping and bathing and going out to sightsee all day, good cost-benefit ratio, I think it is ideal for solo travelers or tourists who are out all day.

The bathroom was full of flies and water. The air was horrible. People were drying their clothes in shared spaces: in the kitchen ... in front of their capsule. The capsules were modern. Bath also. The whole hostel wasnt very clean. The kitchen was though the toilets not. People were sleeping and left their capsules open because they couldnt breath inside. Therefore IT was stinky and disquisting.

It was very hot in the capsule, when you sleep with locked doors (no ventilation inside the capsule) - we slept with the door a little open, which was fine. Many flies/bugs, especially in the capsule - especially notable when lights on and at night, some where seen in the bathroom as well

Stairs up to upper-deck capsule were metal tubes, a bit uncomfortable when just wearing socks; would be ideal if they could be converted to flat wooden platform-type steps. Also, would be ideal if there could be a washing machine and tumble dryer installed. There would be room in the kitchen. But these are very minor nit-picks - overall it was good value for money and I would happily book again.

Comfortable bed in adequate-sized capsule; great location, quiet inside building; serviceable kitchen with microwave and mini electric hob.
