Perfect position for walking to all attractions. The hotel itself was perfect for our family with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Prague.

The shower heads weren’t efficient. The rain shower was split and sprayed out. The other head didn’t stay up on the pole. It kept sliding down. No bedside table on one side.

The location, view from the window, it was mostly quiet, big rooms, Traditions decor, helpful staff. Breakfast was fabulous.

The beds were a little bit narrow

A bit more attention cleaning the bathroom floor is required.

The hotel was right opposite the River. Close to restaurants and bars. The room was huge. It’s an old hotel but the facilities were good. The bed was comfortable. It was pretty clean on the whole. A great buffet breakfast was available.

Everything. This hotel is beyond exceptional, beyond 5 stars. An old and historic building minutes from the Charles Bridge and a main entry into old town Prague, the hotel has a stories history and baroque feel to it. The location couldn't be better to explore this section of the city... but that's just the beginning of this hotel's story. Hotel quality, in our experience, is very much a reflection of the staff. The entire team at Charles Bridge Palace are simply exceptional in their care for the experience of their guests! To the team at the front desk, the team in the very delicious buffet breakfast room, the cleaning crew that keeps the rooms and the entire property immaculate... thank you...and cheers! We stayed for 9 wonderful days and will happily come back! To the front desk staff... thank you, thank you, thank you, especially Dan.. Your guidance and assistance in helping arrange various experiences from airport transportation to classical concerts to day-tours made our stay in Prague very much easier and more enjoyable! Once again... an exceptional hotel with an extraordinary staff, and the ideal base from which to explore a truly magnificent city and meet its welcoming people!

Was in one of the top rooms so WiFi wasn't too great and was very warm but the hotel did provide a fan.

A very traditional looking hotel which I liked.Location was fab 1 min walk to bridge and river. 5-10 min walk to centre of old town. It was very clean and breakfast was excellent.lots of hot water for a shower. It was quiet at night and had Lots of shops and bars near by. Bed was comfy with really comfy pillows. Was very happy and would recommend.

Stairs going up to the bedroom were very slippy which could have been a hazard, shower pressure was fairly low

The location was perfect. It’s a two minute walk from Charles Bridge. All the bars, restaurants and shops are around the hotel and only a short walk away. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast variety was very good. The staff were helpful and polite. They were constantly refilling the trays at breakfast and clearing away dirty plates.
