The hotel is very centrally located, close to the Christmas Markets (the purpose of our visit) and Prague Castle. It was an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and exchanged euros with no fees.

Except for a few hours during the night, you can always hear the tram from outside. Though after a while you get used to it.

Our room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and a big wardrobe. There was even a small, private corridor between the bedroom and the bathroom which put some distance to the common hallway. The hotel is centrally located and really close to the Charles Bridge. The breakfast room looked very nice indeed and breakfast offered a wide selection of everything.

No sitting room with a bar for coffees / drinks . We’d have loved to have had a night cap there in a cosy setting My husband booked2 separate beds by mistake . We couldn’t change bedroom as the hotel was full . We had to have beds pushed together so couldn’t fit in the bedside table so I had to put my stuff and drinks on the floor . They are missing a trick not having a spa or treatments or a pool .

We liked everything

The hotel’s location is exceptional, overlooking Charles bridge and within walking distance of several other landmarks. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and not too crowded, with a good selection of both savory and sweet dishes. Every staff member we interacted with was nice and helpful.

There were steps up to reception and I couldn’t manage them without help. I’m not disabled as such but I use a rollator.

The property was great, but at only 5ft tall I found it difficult to open the outer windows or reach the safe and mirrors were too high. Having said that I managed.

Excellent location Short walk to all main attractions and easy access to walk to Charles Beidge and to the town across the bridge The hot water in the shower was great! The bedroom was spacious and breakfast was a real deal, really good.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was absolutely spacious! however, I thought the 2nd bedroom could do with some clothing hooks 🪝

The location was perfect 10 out of 10 💯 The staff was friendly and very informative and breakfast was impressive!! There was a wide variety of deliciousness for us to choose from.

The down side of being in a good location is there's a noisy club round the corner which you can hear the pumping bass from, and it seems to empty out at about 5am with people screaming, which will wake you up! Plus the aforementioned tram stop might wake you as the tram pulls away and rings its bell. Also, my bed was very squeaky, so I woke myself and my wife every time I turned over!

Handy location for pretty much all the sites. Easy walking distance. Also has a tram stop just round the corner so you can easily get to places like the zoo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was superb, with different things being offered on different days to keep things interesting, although you have to time it right because it can be busy. We had a suite with an upstairs bedroom and a sofa bed downstairs which worked well for 2 adults and a child. It also had 2 bathrooms which was very handy for getting ready.

The room on the first floor had some street noise, but it wasn’t overly disruptive and didn’t significantly impact our stay.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the Charles Bridge, making it easy to explore all of Prague’s main attractions. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delightful, adding to a pleasant stay.
