We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicBreakfast could be better - juice was more water than juice. And some of the baked goods were so hard that my girlfriend nearly broke her retainer on it.
Location is convenient, close to underground and tram stations. Rooms are spacious and practical. Personnel was friendly and helpful. View is just to the inside of the block - nothing to bother us.

United KingdomThe shower only pointed horizontal and couldn’t be adjusted, therefor we couldn’t have a proper shower; we had to hold it, instead of standing under it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was also in a great area with lots around, including easy ways into the main areas.

United KingdomWe stayed here to attend an event at Prague Congress Centre and Clarion suited our location and budget but was also close to the Old Town and Metro. The rooms in Clarion are a little dated, but they are clean and I slept well even though the beds and pillows were quite soft. The breakfast was really good and had early starts and late finishes which suited us. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful.

PolandParking was a bit problematic because we had to park at a sister hotel and walk to our location. The parking spot wasn't cheap either, even considering Prague pricey standards.
Great location. Within a walk from the historical center. Lots of nice cafes in the vicinity if you choose against having breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel and the location was great. It was really close to public transport. Even if it’s located at Prague2 zone, it’s just next yo Prague1 zone. The staff was very kind and informative. The best advice I get from Adam was, if you stay in there at weekends, the parking places on the street in front of the hotel is free of charge and you can save tons of money over the parking 😎

Friendly & helpful staff. Good size rooms & very clean. Quiet. 20-minute walk from old town, 25 minutes to Lesser town. Super close to a useful main tram stop, which means it is super easy to tram to old town. A wide selection of takeaway food options within 1 minute walk & a small tesco supermarket 2 minutes walk down the road. Very convenient location just outside old town.

United KingdomOn Christmas Day I tried to iron my brand new dress and the iron was so old it burnt my dress completely in less than a second I tried to raise a dispute with a hotel but they didn’t want to reimburse me which is a shame really because I was left without a dress on Christmas Day and the dress was brand new with the tag on. Having an iron like that is concerning due to the safety rules.
The property was in a very good location it was clean but it could be better looked after. The staff was helpful we had earlier check in and that was very helpful.

Excellent front desk customer service by Pavlov (not sure if I spelt correctly). He made sure everything was explained clearly upon check in, ensured we knew our way around especially due to the Xmas holidays. Wonderful hotel and comfort.

RussiaThe rooms on the last floor haven’t normal windows, only velux, they are very small and situated under the roof. It is not comfortable for me. No slippers and bathrobes in the room, no conditioner for the hairs, definitely not 4 star hotel. in the breakfast we were waiting for the table, because it was overcrowded. For our small dog we were charged 25 euros for one night. The biggest amount we’ve ever paid, but we weren’t provided with anything for this price- no bowl, no coach etc. We’ve booked the room for three person - 2 adults and one child 11 y.o., but at the check-in we were offered to pay extra 30 euros for the the extra bed, or sleep in one bed which wasn’t in real one bed, but two placed together, thus it was uncomfortable.
