rooms were comfortable, the included breakfast was very good, lots of offerings. WiFi was fine. The front desk staff were very kind and informative. It was easy to get to via tram from the airport, would stay again. Proximity to sites of interest, tram lines… great spot.

Room cleaning should be done more frequently

Location very nice, 5 min walk to old town square and 5 min from the port from where we can take the boat ride. Breakfast good with various options even for vegans. Room good just that they do not clean it everyday, they just replace the towels and room cleaning is done once in 3 days. My flight got cancelled so I reached on the next day from my booking. However, the staff was very nice and they refunded me the money for the night on which I could not arrive, as the flight cancellation was not in my hands. We could also use the microwave at the reception for my small kid at any time

Its giving 20th century with hints of remodeling. For just a small price (20%~) bump you can afford being in one of the most luxurious hotels in Prague. This is exactly what foreigners imagine hotels in Prague look like. Overall the windows were dirty from the outside, there was a lot of dust and alltogether it just gives a completely different vibe than it does on pictures. Its giving grandmas house.

The staff is amazing, especially Oksana in the dining area. The breakfast is also maybe the highlight of the hotel.

For the price of our suite we where supposed to have a private breakfast area to eat ,unfortunately we did not have this option as the dining area was full

Well, if there was proper room service. The staff was nice but it was hard anything in the room but some ice for the champagne we bought ourselves. That kind of terrace does need some elegant room service.

The terrace is what our room and this hotel were about. Amazing views. So much space, all for you. The location is great, as it is in between nice and different neighborhoods.

The building and the hotel style obviously date from the Iron Curtain days.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the city’s main tourist attractions and also very close to the EUSPA HQs.

Rooms were very dated. Needs a face-lift but was clean. And tv didn't have any English channels

bathtub was high, u need to claim in order to get in to tub. getting out the tub was dangerous because of the height, first time getting out the tub I heart my foot. no hair cup, hand soap in the bathroom, bathroom was clean but felt like 2 star hotel.

The only downside was they did not clean the drinking glasses/cups we had used, so in the end of the trip we did not have any clean glasses/cups.

The suite was great, the breakfast was good. The staff was really good and upon my request provided some wine and snacks on the room to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday.

Only thing I didnt like was the water in the orange juice machine. I guess this is normal but prefer fresh squeezed juices.

Number one thing was locatuon. And the staff were very friendly. Helped out with parking.
