Breakfast room is small and crowded. Some occasions during my stay, I felt rushed which is understandable given how small the room is and high volume of guests.

Loved the location, very central. Room was spacious, comfortable and facilities excellent.

It was an old building and rooms could do with a refresh. Could hear everything in the room above them stomping around etc, and hear everything in the rooms around as well. Shower was temperamental and had to have a cold shower one morning. Breakfast was ok, I’ve had better. Had to ask for more pillows but seems to be the common thing in Europe to be stingy on the pillows.

Not quite enough tables at breakfast. Almost missed breakfast one morning because of the wait for a table.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations, as the furniture feels outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathtub was set quite high, making it challenging to step in and out safely

The second you walk in through the front door, you know something is amiss. This hotel is rated 4 stars on booking.com, but it would barely pass for a 3* hotel. The front desk looks like the entrance to a prison. Don't bother to fill out the online check-in form. You will have to go through the entire process again, but this time, you will be required to fill out the forms by hand. The rooms are very dated, and the matracess are thin and hard. The upholstery on the beds is dirty. The entire place is heated to a thousand degrees, and turning off the heating does not help. You will be sweating in these rooms during the winter months. The front desk recommends opening a window. Let's forget the fact that the rooms are so tiny you cannot have both the window opened and sleep on the bed comfortably, we were visiting in november when the night temperatus were as low as 8C. Sleeping with the windows open is not an option. The minibar was empty. The property gracioulsy provided a kettle and tea but never bothered to exchange the used tea cups. The bathroom was clean and I can't complain there. On top of all this, the entire hotel stinks. The airfreshener does not cover that stench.

Requested double bed in advance which was not provided. Instead, a twin bed was provided. The beds were not that comfortable. Reception staff were rude and impolite. They were not particularly helpful. The hotel tried to over charge us by charging CSK 800 for a taxi to the airport. We decided to use Bolt instead costing only CSK 290. Most telling was that the hotel reception did not ask how our stay was.

The room had really bad smell, especially the bathroom. The hotel applied strong detergent to cover, which make the smell even worse. Small bed with small blanket. The front desk feel a bit unprofessional, for both check-in and check-out they spend >10 mins for one guest, extended the waiting time a lot.

Breakfast very good. Staff varied. Reception female team members very friendly and pleasant and helpful Male management old school not willing to work beyond their basic duties. Security top notch 24 7 could not do better.
