The Spa Centers employee (the woman who is a little bit overweight was disgustingly arrogant. She disturbed us a lot with the way she is talking. We are Customers in that hotel, she ruined an amazing experience only by herself. This people shouldn’t be outside their houses, we are not paying this amounts for someone to talk this disgusting with us.

Our first room was tiny with a window overlooking a graveled roof in a courtyard and traffic from the hill passing by the window. A sub-standard and not 5-star level room, far too small for two people (even for one person it was small). We could fortunately upgrade to a suite the second night which was beautiful. The pool water in the spa baths is rather cold. It would be good to have varying temperatures for the different pools (eg. medium, warm, hot), with at least one of the pools at 40 or so degrees - like thermal baths in Budapest or Ischia. Staff at the Spa towel handout was not very friendly and a bit grumpy. Breakfast reception staff was inflexible and bossy around seating choice. Only after complaining to management (who were friendly and helpful) we got a table not right in front of the entrance door.

Beautiful historic building in the middle of Marianske Lazne. Wonderful Spa area and high-quality massages and treatments. Good and varied breakfast.

Fantastic experience in a classic spa hotel. Great location, fantastic decoration & the roman baths the highlight. Friendly staff. Great to be able to walk via corridors/lifts through to the other hotels and all their facilities. Room was spacious with a fantastic bathroom. Extensive excellent buffet breakfast.

Everything is perfect

The excellent hotel, located just near the beautiful park. We've upgraded our stay to suite, that was spacious, nicely furnished, with the balcony and the view to the park. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot and cold dishes. The dinner was perfect too, especially during the Chef Pavel shift. The staff is very professional and helpful, We'd like to note Mr. Macarchuk, who did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

The Roman Baths and saunas were great, but there was no “hot tub.” The Roman Baths and tubs have luke warm water. It would’ve been nice to have a hot water pool for soaking.

The location, food and facilities were all fabulous! The room was elegantly decorated and well appointed with a double closet, coat rack, umbrellas, heated towel rack, robes, slippers... Everything you need is at your fingertips. The breakfast buffet offered lots of options, both hot and cold, and included custom made omelettes. All of the food was fresh and delicious! We loved soaking in the Roman Baths and taking saunas in the evening.

i guess the hotel needs a bit of renovation and maybe some modernisation of the menu. i guess the quality of food and coffee should be better for this level of the hotel

Great location, historical place, a bit worn out (rooms on 1st floor), but overall well maintained. Food is Ok, convenient that they have half and full board with quite a good variety of food provided.

There's no room service for lunch and dinner. Would be good to have vending machine with some snacks/sandwiches to be able to get food 24/7. Also,vending machine with mineral and sparkling water in the Roman Bath would help.
