shower drain needs maintanance. there is no air con so in summer when we open the window road noise is noticable. also no dark blinds, so light at some parts of the year can be quite strong.

Apartment is good. basic design, but spacious and effective. Parking was great. Location is great for touring the area. Kitchen, washing machine and dryer were very good. Staff on site was very hospitable and servicable.

At the end i can´t really find anything that can be improved. The employees are super friendly. The rooms are clean. Not even a small thing that i could say needs to be improved. Keep it in this shape and its perfect!

It is a very clean Hotel. Great employees and all in all great to stay there. Breakfast gives a lot of fresh and tasty options. Its close enough to the city center to walk there. And gives also options to go shopping in nearby stores!

A/C would be nice, the rooms were very hot (days before our arrival were very hot) - we had to keep both windows wide open to cool the room down, which allowed mosquitos to come in.

The parking was spacious, the beds were long and matress hard as we like it (after hiking it's good for your back) Despite the closed restaurant/bar - self service with beer is a good idea. Breakfast was also delicious

A little bit overpriced, location is far from city center and sport facilities are not allowed after 8 pm. But in general, it is a perfect stay.

Probably the best hotel in the location in terms of facilities and cleanliness. It is near a nice river which is perfect for walking and biking. Breakfast is good. Many chances for sport activities (including tennis) and spa. Only problem is that it is far from from city centre (25-30 min walking distance) and you might need to take a taxi or drive to city center for dinner since almost all good restaurants located in center. However, I recommend staying here considering how neat and clean the rooms are.

It's nothing unusual for us neither problematic, a lot of hotels work in this way (at least in Germany and Scandinavia that we know the most from the hotel users perspective), but it's worth to know that the reception is unmanned during the night hours

Even if the fame of the hotel has crossed the Czech border a long time ago (we decided to stay in it following a reference given to us years ago), it exceeded our expectations in all the aspects. It's doesn't make sense to list all of them here however it's worth to bold kindness and helpfulness of the lady working at the reception desk. Thank you!

I could have been informed that the parking was chargeable upon the arrival as opposed to the checkout BUT this is a minor issue.

Fantastic place from cleanliness by an outstanding staff and very good breakfast and indoor activities ! I can strongly recommend it to anyone !

The last night we were there our room wasn’t cleaned, garbage was not taken out and there were no clean towels, maybe that is how you do things in your country. In Canada our rooms are tended to daily.

The breakfast was good, more than enough for me and my spouse.
