There are 2 wifi networks available for the top floor apartment however both would repeatedly lose signal and had pretty low speed. Just something to take into consideration if you plan to have work meetings while staying here :)

It was very clean, spacious and bright with a nicely stocked kitchen. The location is unbeatable, everything Brno has to offer is within walking distance and if you need to use public transport, the tram and busses are steps away.

Brilliant location, simple key collection, large apartment, comfortable and the staff even called in on the second day to see if I needed additional toilet rolls. Overall I definitely would recommend and would stay again

The appartment with jacuzzi is on the 5th floor. It does not suit for the disabled people.

We liked the location in the centre of the city. It was close to all main sightseeng points. The view from the windows and balcony is wonderful. We enjoyed jacuzzi & sauna.

A bit short on cooking utensils. 1 light (over table) not working. Couldn't get tv to work . Instructions would probably help, but a minor issue.

No soundproofing, through the door to the apartment we could hear partiing neighbors in adjacent apartments. Better door would help.

Due to its location, the noise of street events can be heard, the walls are really thin. I recommend the accommodation to young people, tourists for a few days.

The accommodation is in the center of the city center, next to the main square. 5-story building with lots of independent apartments. The apartment is minimally equipped, but this is not problem, because there are cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops within 100 meters. There is no microwave, coffee maker, or dishwasher, but there is an oven and a hotplate.The host responds quickly, can be reached by phone or e-mail. The bed clothes and the rooms were clean and tidy.

The fifth floor apartments don't have an elevator all the way up, only to the 4th and then you need to walk one flight- this was not the end of the world as we pack light but with heavy suitcases I imagine it would be a pain. Parking can be a little bit of a pain given the location is so central.

The check-in instructions were very clear and super easy to follow. The location was excellent, we really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood later in the evening, there were lots of great food options and sights to see. The room was as pictured and quite comfortable, the AC was very appreciated given the summer heat. It was nice and quiet so I was able to do some work without being distracted.

Maybe it's better if you will add extension cord for the kettle because you need to unplug first the refrigerator before you can use the kettle. And please check the sink in the bathroom because it goes very slow. The water might leek if the sink is full. Thank you again and hope it will be fixed.

We like the place because it is very near to the tourist spots, near the store and restaurants. They have some amenities but unfortunately we didn't try because we stay only for 1 day. We will recommend it to our friends in the near future. Thank you and have a nice day. 😁

- For deluxe two bedroom apartment there is no lift to the fifth floor so be prepared to walk upstairs for 1 floor if you have many luggage - One of the two bedrooms doesn't have air-conditioning. But it won't be a big problem for any season other than summer time. We are ok with it. - The toilet water smell is really strong, even the perfume doesn't help at all. But once door closed it is ok. - The Internet works ok for downloading but not for uploading so it may not suit people who wish to work in the apartment. - The public area is not very clean, sometimes there are some waste water or glue on the lift floor. Need some improvement on this. Otherwise the apartment itself is very clean.

- The location is really perfect, right in the city center and close to everything. Very convenient for travelers!! - Good communication with the staff by email and message on booking. Although the check in and check out time is strict, everything is announced and written beforehand so no problem at all. Thanks for their help. - The deluxe two bedroom apartment is really big and spacious. It is also clean. You have microwave and many other basic kitchen equipment. It's quite nice for cooking from time to time. - A huge plus with the washing machine and drying rack Would recommend this apartment for anyone traveling in Brno

The only complain would be bed in bedroom is not very comfortable. I ended up sleeping in the living room. Good to know is that apartment is on fifth floor and lift only goes to forth, you will need to carry luggage/pram/child extra floor.

Bed was quite hard as the mattress seemed a little thin. The bathroom was clean but needs little upkeep, change the old showerhead and the shower doors hardly closed and were creaky.

The location is perfect for visiting old town and sightseeing by walking. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Bit stuffy for 3 people, but would be perfect for a couple.
