Is good and bad -- i.e The Key for the rooms were so big, that it needs to be handed over every time you go out, to avoid hassle for us, and collect it again when you come back!

- They Employees were professional and always helpful with questions and guidance. - The Breakfast spread was well done, for both meat eaters and vegetarians! They even gave a complimentary welcome drink per person, which was worth it, at the their cafe! - Literally from the hotel the Castle was not even 5 mins walk! That made it more easier, avoiding all the steep steps and climbs.

Our room became quite warm even though we turned down the heating, as we like to sleep in a colder room. We often had to open the windows to try to bring the temperature down.

Perfect for our weekend trip - the hotel was clean and comfortable, and very quiet. Location was excellent, far enough from the main tourist locations so that it was not crowded or noisy, but with an easy walk to the sights. The included breakfast buffet was a lovely addition and so helpful in getting an early start. We also appreciate that the staff kindly arranged airport taxis for us - the drivers were very polite and prompt. Overall a great experience.

The bathroom in our room sometimes smelled bad - especially when coming back to our room after spending larger amount of time out of the hotel. I’m also not a big fan of shower curtains as they seem quite unhygienic and always tend to stick to you whilst showering.

Perfect location right below the Prague Castle, staff was awesome, very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was fine, maybe a bit limited in comparison with other hotels in Prague, but still good! Nice view from room windows.

The sauna can be booked as 'rpivate' only, which is a bit steep for a solo travller.

The hotel is extremely well position, the Prague castle is just round the corner. Equally, Charle's bridge is a short walk down the hill (may be a bit more demanding on the way back after a few beers). The hotel is well appointed and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast was OK.

For a "design" hotel. The room was a bit bland. In the room. nothing special. The room was cold. We mentioned this on our way out to dinner and asked for a blanket to be put in the room. When we returned the heater was still blowing cold air and no blanket. I had asked for a bottle of sparkling wine to be put in the room, it was there, with ice but as the bucket was on the desk, no plate under, the condensation had ran all over the desk and on to the floor. I suggest the bucket is put on a napkin in future. You can see this is not the first time and the edge of the desk is peeling away. The bathroom is standard (good amenities) shower head was a bit broken with water spraying over the shower curtain. Lastly, in the morning, from the open end of the bed covers there were blood stains on the duvet. (Please check the duvets in room 28.

The design of the public areas are great and the way the new worked with the very old building created a beautiful atmosphere. Great welcome, check in, reception staff were all great, efficient and polite. Breakfast was amazing! For the size of the hotel the selection was plentiful and high quality. Welcome drink at check in was a nice touch.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was good, they have good homemade cakes. At Christmas we found a bottle of Prosecco in our room which was a beautiful surprise! The room was tiny but clean. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

There is a real question about the poor soundproofing of the rooms (we could hear some guests in the corridor- it’s really not comfortable). The cleaning of the room cannot be called ideal, to be honest.

Super cozy hotel. We had a room with windows to Neruda street. We really liked the hotel staff, especially the guy at the reception who helped us with all the questions we were interested in, and also the wonderful polite work of the girl in the restaurant during breakfast. The breakfast by the way was wonderful, delicious and festive for Christmas. The room is very spacious and very cozy and warm.

For me, the floor of the room was not clean enough

This hotel is very cosy. The room is comfortable, has everything you need and slippers. Nice view from the window. This breakfast is amazing!!! My husband has a gluten intolerance and you can find gluten free products here as well as freshly squeezed juice.

The lighting in the room. This isn't the only hotel we have stayed in where this is the case. There quite often is not enough lighting in the room to sit in comfort and apply my makeup etc. On this occasion the only place where I could see properly and in enough detail to apply my makeup was the bathroom and if your partner is showering then this is very difficult. A spotlight and makeup mirror in the main room on the table would have been perfect.

The location was perfect for us out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town bu still enough life to have a great time in the evening. Breakfast you had so much choice and different options every day - excellent
