But my room was next to the hotel kitchen and it was very noisy in the morning also there wasn’t much variety like halal food!

The location is wonderful and the hotel design is so comfy as well as the staff is so friendly and corporative! Will come again for sure

The only suggestion that I have is a more appropriate location for the tea & coffee making facilities. If you wished to use the kettle you really needed to place the station on the floor as the plug didn’t reach any sockets from where it was.

Location was good for us as we liked being away from the busy square of Prague. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection although on occasion the cooked items could have been warmer.

The hotel is in an amazing location, the room was good (especially for the price), they offered a wonderful breakfast (they could have let you keep your plate a little longer, had to get a fresh one...), reception was very friendly and always available (not that I needed much).

The Bath/Shower isn’t designed well. It is not possible to have a standup shower in the bath tub. This is due to there being no wall fitting to attach the shower head. I assume the reason for this being that they want to discourage showers to prevent water spilling on the floor. I would also suggest that this room is only suitable for solo travellers.

Small complaint. The only thing that could be improved is the shower curtain could be exchanged for a shower screen - it was impossible not to flood the bathroom floor!!!

The Design Deluxe Room (room 103) is beautiful! It did exceed my expectations at all levels. The location of the hotel is just perfect - very close to Prague Castle and Carles Bridge. The breakfast was very good.

We got a room no 206 and the doors to the toilet was so weird, difficult to open. The kettle did not reached the electricity. Also the hair drier did not worked properly. Despite all these dont's the bath in the room is very nice :)

A girl at the reception was exceptionally friendly and took care personally (due to parking, leading to the room, etc). Breakfast was wonderful and very delicious.

This is an external factor to the hotel, but something to consider is that if you bring heavy luggage, there is like a 10 minute walk from that station to Neruda’s and the street is a slope, so it makes a little bit difficult to move with heavy luggage, other than that, the hotel is a perfect stay

Our stay was very beautiful. we enjoyed it a lot they let us do early check-in, the place was very quiet. the buffet was delicious. It is very close to the castle and also very close to Charles bridge, there’s a tram station very close to it, the advantage is that the tram that goes to the airport pass there

Only thing was that some stuff in the room looked really used (mostly bathroom) and our shower was partally functional.. And you can hear everything whats happening on the floor, room isolation is not the best..

Hotel is beautiful, location is really good 😊 Everybody is friendly and helpful, we were there with our french bulldog ; big dog bed and 2 bowls waited for us Hotel Neruda did also everything for us to park on the street and we paid on the checkout Last night of the stay we become a little gift from them as thank you , I really liked that ! Room was big and spacious, really nice designed and clean with nice view from window on Nerudova street 🤗
