Rooms & Spa in different buildings . This is very inconvenient as we have to step out of the building in cold weather . No Options of Breakfast for vegetarians(except for cold salad). Breakfast room is very crowded and few items were out of stock by 9.30 am

The price was a bit steep for the experience.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel, and it definitely took us back in time! The rooms had an ancient charm with old-school furniture and those yellowed doors, which was interesting. The price was a tad on the higher side, but it was a unique experience for sure. It's like stepping into a period drama!

Only 1-2 of the staff knew English and communication with the rest was difficult.

We had two nights in 7 days. First we were accommodated in a renovated room with two very comfortable beds, the room had a mountain view. The second time we were put in an unrenovated room with three beds, which were narrower and less comfortable. A hairdryer was described as being available, but on the second night there was none. Cleanliness is up to par. The bathroom is clean, small but sufficient. The staff is friendly. Breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious. We would visit this place again.

Rooms were noisy with children running above. Probably had some pet hair in the room, which was not good for my families alergies.

Noise reduction between the rooms in not optimal. Sometimes you hear the people in the room near by.

The breakfast was excellent, personell very obliging and helpful. The hotel is placed from the centrum 900 mts its 10 minutes via walking, so very good position for the start of the trips

The hotel does not correspond to the image in the pictures. The hotel positions itself as a wellness hotel, but we didn’t have access to the pool. It needs to be booked in advance, moreover, it opens from 15.00 and therefore it is impossible to get into it, especially if there are 7 of you. The breakfasts are monotonous, and if you decide to take your time and sleep longer, then be prepared that there will be nothing left (there was no porridge, bacon or omelet) The choice of sweets was simply surprising, there were only pancakes from the car...

Old style resort - but kept in a good condition. Don't expect fireworks - but it's worth the money you pay and the people there are helpful.

I felt like the facilities a bit "retro-fit", but it's ok. :)

Restaurant and breakfast was really great, the people were friendly and I really liked to stay there. It's a pity that we had no time to use the wellness facility (were there because of Spartan event), maybe also looking for a late checkout option next time. :)

Firstly, people at the reception bearly speek English or they dont speak English at all. I was even asked to use google translate. They were so offended and rude and they kept on talking to me in czech. Originally l had a reservation for 2 nights then I asked them to extend it to 3. So l ended upl with 2 separate reservations, one for 2 nights and one for 1. After the 2 nights, they checked us out on their system while l was having breakfast with my partner without our knowledge So we went back from breakfast and we found the door open!!! While all my personal belongings were there and also my dog!!! Luckily my dog did not leave the room and nothing was missing, but l am very upset and offended by the way it was handled and the way we were treated.

Property is old and not shiny but well maintained. everything worked well and rooms were clean. Family room was great selection for our stay. Restaurant is newly renovated and very nice, food was great! Kids enjoyed pool in wellness facilities. the best thing about this place is staff. Very friendly, easygoing, nothing was problem. Looking forward to our next stay. Many thanks!!!

The bed's were too hard and the pillows too thin, the shower was incredibly slippery, my daughter fell few times, she was lucky she didn't break anything. No one cleaned our room the whole stay, just took the rubbish out and gave us clean towels.

The mattresses could be better, it is basically a mattress topped with another thin mattress with buttons. I did not mind it, but my friend did a bit, although he is very picky in these things. The plastic drain in the shower was a bit broken, but that was just a cosmetic problem.

Great breakfast. Very clean room with a balcony for a great price. The bathroom was nice, very clean, the shower was fine, albeit a little small. The room was quiet and cozier than the photos suggested.
