Very nice breakfast - Good choice and delicious. You can make your own smoothies :). Very comfortable room. Clean and relaxing to be in. The hotel has a brewery and the beer is excellent. The food is good too and the bar staff are very friendly and efficient. There is a wellness on site but didn't use it. Looked interesting, though. Pretty close to the centre but a short hop on the tram and you are there! Nice area.

It was pretty warm (25°) in the room. I was thankful to see the air conditioner but disappointed that it did not cool the room at all. I'm not sure what it is there for. We had it on the entire 3 days we stayed and the temperature in the room always stayed at 25°C which is a bit warm for sleeping. It would be great if the spa offered something like massages or facials. It is just a whirlpool that is not very hot and some saunas and relaxing area. I also wish the hotel did not use single use plastics for the toiletries in the room (shampoo, conditioner, etc). This is so wasteful. It's better to use refillable containers that stay in the bathroom.

Everything is spotless and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room is large and it was nice to enjoy the balcony. The closet had plenty of space for our clothes. The food and beer at the restaurant were wonderful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for exploring Brno. Spa was also nice. I read some reviews of people not liking that you cannot wear your bathing suit in the spa. That's typical of many parts of Europe, including CZ. If you don't like it, don't go. I tried the hyperbaric chamber in the spa for 60 minutes. It was interesting. I appreciate the opportunity to try it. Parking was easy despite work being done on the street. The parking sign was clearly visible and it was fun to use the car elevator! We had a room that was in the inner courtyard so it was very quiet with no noise from the street.

Everything was just as it should be - starting from the elevator to the parking garage, through the reception (welcoming drink in the restaurant!), beautiful room with a view on a nearby park. The cherry at the top was the Spa - with access to the building's roof - great view of both Cathedral and Hrad!

In addition to the booking.com verification payment, there was an additional verification payment made by the hotel on the day of arrival for the full amount of the stay. We only stayed for one night and it was not a significant burden for us. However, I believe that the verification payment should be for a smaller amount, for example, 1 euro. If someone stays at the hotel for a longer period and the price for their stay is significant, blocking it in this way could be uncomfortable. It is worth keeping this in mind when making a reservation. What we didn't like the most was the nudity in the Wellness area. The average age of people in the wellness area was around 40+. Some individuals were comfortable using the sauna in the nude and would cover up with towels upon leaving, which didn't bother us at all. However, there were also individuals who didn't cover themselves up at all, which made us feel uncomfortable, especially since children sometimes visit that area. I think that for those who are comfortable with nudity, there should be a designated area or specific times to use the wellness area. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service provided by the hotel staff.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, clean, well-designed, and luxuriously equipped. We especially loved the comfortable high and wide bed. The breakfast was also fantastic with a great selection of fresh items, and we particularly enjoyed the fact that there was a juicer available to make fresh juices from a variety of fruits and vegetables. Additionally, it was a great touch that chilled Prosecco was offered with breakfast at no extra charge. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently. We also used the Wellness and Spa area, which was extremely clean, modern, and well-arranged. We were provided with pleasant, warm bathrobes and unlimited towels and the minibar was a bonus where we could make coffee/tea or enjoy water/juice. Overall, the hotel was very clean, elegant, and well-maintained, and the beautiful scent of perfumes throughout the building was a lovely touch.

The wellness area is very nice. Unfortunately, the service does not control what is going on. There is a nudity zone, but not everyone respects it. In addition, children are present in the Wellness area after 9:00 p.m. Unacceptable situation.

The bidet head didn't work because it was clogged with limescale. Also, before arrival, I had a lot of stress because two visa cards were declined and booking.com said I would lose the reservation if I didn't give a working card. However, when I called they told me it wasn't a problem and when on location, my card did work.

Amazingly equipped large room that gives really nice feeling both for a business sleepover or for relaxing, it really had everything you can think of and more, like tea and coffee in the little kitchen, shower and bath, big closets, all nicely newly designed and structured. Easy access to a spacious spa and beautiful roof terrace view from the tower after sauna. The staff always on sight by the entrance of the hotel and the spa gives feeling of safety when you travel alone as a woman.
