We had applied for 2 beds, initially they confirmed that everything was fine. when we got to the end, we had to pay an extra 50 euros for an extra bed, even though we already specify 2 single beds in the reservation :(

This place was a joy to stay at. Absolutely spotless clean, spacious rooms, lovely girls at the reception for whom nothing was a problem. Safe parking inside. Very near Brno centre by foot, yet far enough to not be disturbed by the city noise at night.

Loved how close it was to the city Centre and not too far away from train station either. Definitely enjoyed the beer brewery and spa facilities, which were the main reason we booked the hotel.

We liked everything. The jacuzza in the spa area was not hot, but maybe it was supposed to be like that?

Excellent location, across from a beautiful park, walking distance to many nearby cafes and restaurants, and about 10-15 mins walk to the center of Brno. The restaurant/brewery connected to the hotel is amazing -- had the most incredible food and beer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So much better than your typical hotel restaurant. Our friends who live in Brno eat at the EFI restaurant regularly, too.

Everything was perfect. The room, the spa, the breakfast, the underground garage with the car elevator. We have been to Brno for the first time (and surely not for the last time :) ), thanks to this hotel our trip could not have been better.

There could be more vegetarian or vegan options in the catering - most of positions in the menu contained meat.

The room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist spoke perfect english and was genuinely helpful. The spa is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel - big and pleasant relax zone. Perfect hotel to stay in alone or as a couple.

The real test of good customer service is how a problem is dealt with . I had a problem and the staff and management dealt with it in a very understanding and professional manner. It was refreshing to receive such a high standard of customer service. Suffice to say I will stay at the hotel any time Iam in Brno in the future.

Air condition wasnt too performant, even though we left it working for a long time, the room was still not too cool as expected. Room curtains were not thick enough so you would wake up at sunrise. The hotel was a bit outside of the city center.

Comfy beds, very clean, restaurant available on premises with excellent food quality, kind staff, soundproof, nice balcony.

Climate control was not as intuitive as it could have been, but we did figure it out.

The place was great. Really smartly appointed and new. We really enjoyed our stay, they focused on what mattered most and did a great job. We would definitely stay there again.

Maintenance couldn't fix a blocked sink in a timely manner.

Breakfast was great. Location in Brno is probably good, but that part of Brno was not anything special. It was close to Villa Tugendhat, which was the focus of our visit.
