Reception staff should advice upon check in that dinner reservations are required to secure dining space. The cleaning staff needs to wait to be told which keys are returned and therefore which rooms are to be cleaned. They have entered our room with only our little boy there watching his stories and scared him that we left without him. We went to just put our luggage into the car and let him watch his stories a little longer.

Love all the facilities, the outdoor spaces, the fantastic wellness, the restaurant and all the little nooks that are simply created for your relaxation. Very clean, excellent food selection and staff very friendly.

A very nice and quiet place, amazing restaurant, a cool pool, saunas, dog-friendly hotel. Little welcome gifts both for our kids and our dog. You can see the castle from your window and get into th center of Mikulov in 5 minutes on foot.

Maybe the coffee could have been a little better (but who comes to drink coffee in Mikulov?!)... better pick some wine for breakfast already! The receptionist could not find ironing mashine in the evening when I needed it before dinner :-/

A jewel of Mikulov. Wonderful and luxurious hotel in the very heart of the town. Sky wellness with majestic view, and even better kelo sauna and biotopic pool in the garden. Delicious breakfast. Wine quality does not have to be described. Nicely furnished rooms. Simply awesome stay here.

The rooms are small for the money paid. I expected a little more space. However the rooms are well appointed . Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Very small rooms, terrible pillows, breakfast was just ok. Restaurant was fair. There are better places to eat and stay at in Mikulov. Definitely not worth the money you pay.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The grounds are epic. It includes a lake like pool and saunas and a beautiful rooftop spa. Well worth it.

Hotel parking was crowded, but the hotel was full so it is understandable. We eventually found a slot. Plan to arrive earlier on weekends. Minor dislike for secondary wellness area outside (Kelo sauna). If you plan to use a small lake in front of sauna, you must not forget the key card, otherwise you will not be able to return to sauna. Also the ladder to lake is facing hotel balconies, as if it was designed by a "voyer" :-)

Menu in hotel restaurant is full of tempting meals, even if you do not sleep in the hotel, restaurant is worth a visit. Staff, rooms, breakfast, location, all excellent. View form main wellness on the roof is stunning.

Rooms are a little bit too small. Prob Aly there is not much you can do about that. But price wise 200 EUR per night fo lr such tiny room seems too much. Next time I will look for alternative because of that reason.

price vs room size and size of recreations.

The food was amazing, totally worthy, the only issue value vs money is that the actual spa and swimming facility is to little for the actual amount of people visiting the facilities. i think for the price also rooms could be more "spacious" but in general the place is beautiful. probably more enjoyable when is not high season.

We only had a problem with one of the key cards that didn’t work.

Friendly staff, nice room design, pleasant view, very quiet, good place to relax, many breakfast options and good quality, good location near the town centre.
