The best location ever for ski, right on Javor track! Ezcellent breakfast with a baeatiful panorama on the valley and Snezkou. Very friendly staff.

Very good location! Perfect menu, it’s not big, but all dishes are delicious. Staff is incredibly polite, pay attention to all the details to make the guest happy!

The pillows are very big and they did not have anything smaller to change. Would like the path from hotel to skiing slopes to be cleaned so we could get there easier.

Food in the restaurant was truly amazing both breakfast and a la carte menu! All the staff was super attentive and helpful which made our stay outstanding.

There could be some general maintenance done to the place. Little things were broken that could be fixed.

The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and polite. The food is very good. A common buffet breakfast, and dinner menu with very good dishes. The beef ribs were delightful. And the view ... can't beat the view <3

3 nights around New Year's Eve were fantastic there . Location on the slope. Nice snow taxi and very nice driver, as all Stuff. Tasty breakfast with prosecco with slope view were memorable. Comfortable sauna area. Our room were little bit old but cosy and comfortable. Building with soul.

Extremely beautiful location with good accommodation. Easy to access via car during summer/autumn visit and parking outside the hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff that were ready to make accommodations for my dog if needed, and made sure there were vegan options during breakfast and dinner. Very nice and relaxing restaurant. Easy to book and use the sauna at the hotel.

There were no hair dryers in the room. Upon request they have them at the reception. I think that's not optimal. Furthermore the rooms aren't in best shape (but bit better than in the photos) and there were problems with the toilet flush too. However it didn't spoil the stay for us.

The hotel is located on a hill away from most of the city pec pod. The view from the restaurant is amazing as well as the food there. The prices are higher than in other parts of Czech, but still worth the money. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast is of good value and the rooms are clean. Overall you have to keep in mind what you pay and what you get. It is not fair to assess the stay in comparison to a 5*hotel.

Facilities are a little bit dated but in good and clean condition. Also, the hotel is a bit remote and you have to get a ticket to access the nature park by car (200 krones).

Very kind personal especially the host and hostess who worked in the week of 26th of August to 1st of September. They were very attentive to details and made a wonderful experience of our breakfast and dinner, small inconveniences, hiking tips and more.

We liked every single thing of our stay.

The hotel's location is perfect to start your hikes, and the view from the terrace and restaurant is lovely. The staff did everything they could to make sure our stay was a pleasant one, even offering a free drink to my husband after his rare stake got a bit too cooked. The restaurant serves great food (grilled meat especially) and the breakfast options are so good! The rooms are wooden and cozy. Would love to go back :)

The mattress was not fixed into the bed frame so it was easily moved apart.

The kitchen is super. The breakfast is fantastic. We also had three dinners in the hotel and we loved the meal made with rabbit meat.

Outstanding service with very competent staff, Sauna with ice-cold pool, food in the restaurant is great, there are also vegetarian options, very good breakfast!
