The hotel is located right in the city center, which is nice for walking around, but a nightmare with parking. There is a reasonably priced parking garage relatively close by, and the receptionist was kind enough to share this information with us, as parking in the surrounding streets was near impossible and very pricey. When we were there, the whole street where the hotel is located was under construction, but we did not have issues with noise from the work. The room was large and neat, and offered a fan instead of airco, which did help with the heat there in summer. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and had our room ready early, which helped us with our travels.

There is ongoing construction work right in front of the hotel which we needed to try to pass and enter the hotel. Didn’t expect this and wasn’t informed before checkin.

It’s okay. The staff were all very nice. We booked 4 rooms and one room had pretty bad damp smell. The other 3 were pretty okay.

due to sewage repair of the street we could not take our suitcase to the hotel as the road was broken. No fault of the hotel at all!!! it was funny to be creative and planning what clothes to move from the car to the hotel with a shopping bag :)

hotel is 20 meter from the main square. close by is a night shop, restaurants and parking spaces. Staff is friendly and helpful. rooms are spacious and clean

Construction on the road in front of the hotel made walking to the hotel feel kind of treacherous (not the hotel's fault).

Great location right off the main square in Pilsen. Good breakfast. Clean room. Very friendly receptionist.

We booked apartments with air conditioning, but on the FIRST DAY we got rooms without air conditioning, with windows facing the street where renovation work was going on all night. The room was without night curtains, no chance to sleep from 4.30 am. We looked for a place for the car for about an hour, until they told us to park in an underground garage 1.5 km away.What did we pay for on the firt day?

On the second day, they changed our rooms to the ones we saw in the photo, with air conditioning, with windows to the inner courtyard. The breakfast was good and the bartender service was very nice.

The light was too dim and at some moments we wished we had AC installed.

The room had plenty of space and was nicely decorated. The location is perfect and the price for the stay was fair. Also the service was always very helpful and open towards the customer.

There were no clean towels in the bathroom. I assume it's by accident, but still, one should be able to expect clean towels in any hotel.

Good location, literally in the old town. Spacious room, no view for me particularly, however was quiet in the contrary.

The windows did not have any blinds so we woke up with the sun which is an issue in summer if you go out the night before. Would be nice to sleep longer

Very central location in the middle of the historical old down. We had a five person appartment and it was very huge. A little outdated but everything very clean.

not too many sockets in the room, breakfast choices were a bit limited, but I did appreciate that I was treated nicely by staff, both on arrival, during stay and at departure, no parking available near the hotel, but there are parking garages and spaces not too far away recommended by the hotel

very well located, right near the city center and within walking distance of all major attractions, very safe and fairly quiet, large and comfortable room and bed, breakfast included, nice staff, key access after 6 PM

Maybe some special event on the weekend I was there or the hotel is near some nightclub, but I could hear loud music from around midnight until after 8 am (the next day!). That was not good at all.

The room was great, and the hotel offered sauna, which was particularly nice for me. It is located right in the old town and within a walkable distance from the train station. Great for solo travel.

the facilities were a bit dated and so was the furniture in the rooms. it felt kind of eastern and 90s. the room was maybe even absurdly large, it didn't feel 'cozy' or welcoming somehow, but that's just me perhaps.

a very good location for pilsen. we had a very large room with a huge bathroom with a bathtub. i think it was the most expensive option available at the time of booking (two days before our stay). it was reasonably clean and offered all the usual stuff.

Bathroom - the shower head was positioned at a low level over the bath and there was no screen or curtain, making it difficult to shower without flooding the entire bathroom. Bath towels need replacing as they were old and frayed. Lighting in bathroom is too dim. Also there is no lighting in the doorway leading to the lift near reception. Not the hotel’s fault but the footpath outside the hotel has been torn up as part of roadworks and it is an uneven and unsafe surface on which to drag heavy luggage, and could be an issue if you have mobility issues.

Throughout the stay, the showers were cold and did not have hot water. During the cold weather in early October, two of the three people who stayed there became ill because they had to take cold showers.

The location of the hotel was great and the room was spacious.
