I was not too excited about the hotel breakfast. I thought it was an ok breakfast, but I didn’t find it “good enough” to pay an additional fee for it.

It’s virtually a brand new modern hotel. So, it’s very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also great. It’s just right outside of Old Town. Old Town Square is only several minutes away (on foot). There are shops and restaurants near the hotel as well.

I can definitely say that I received service beyond my expectations. To summarize briefly: a perfect location, a comfortable stay in a modern hotel, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food… Special thanks to the front desk manager, Matej. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this new hotel in Prague. The location was excellent - situated in a quiet area, yet remarkably close to the city center and major tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Missing facilities in the room - no wine glasses/drinking glasses(only in bathroom)not enough hangers in the wardrobes for 3 people,minibar cooler fridge was too small. Room was a bit small(Junior Suite).The bed quilts were too thick. But still these are small things, and we would gladly come back

I cant fault this hotel and it was perfect in every way. I was here for 6 nights. It was so clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room looked into an internal balcony, so I had a lovely view. The room was well laid out and there was plenty of space. Great, comfortable bed and pillows. A safe and a fridge and a storage place for a suitcase. The bathroom was lovely with a nice big shower and lots of hot water. Space around the handbasin to put your personal things. The aircon could be noisy if you didn't have it on the correct setting. The wifi was instant. There is a desk and an armchair and table to sit and have coffee. There is a kettle, coffee and tea. Close to all the sights, walking distance to everything. Also very close to many cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom did not have enough towels. The shower/tub was slippery and needed an easier way for a senior to enter/exit. The shower splashed water all over.

Adam is a wonderful person, and was very helpful to us with some travel needs.
