The shower was difficult to use because the whole bathroom would get wet.

The location is amazing! Everything was in walking distance, we didn't use public transport at all. The room was also very clean and nice.

The room itself was a perfect temperature but everywhere else in the hotel was quite hot however we found out that nearly everywhere indoors in the city had the heating on so it wasn’t too bad.

Everything was so clean, it was in the perfect location - so close to everything and everything in it and around it was gorgeous

The cleaning staff should perhaps wait a little longer in the mornings before scraping the hoover up and down the corridor.

Breakfast was okay, little hot options and definitely not hot at all as most of it was cold. That being said all very reasonable in price and enough to give you energy to explore the city.

Very well presented Hotel in a fabulous location. Easy to get around the city. I would recommend and stay again. Staff were great and allowed us access to the room early after a long morning of travelling.

Every dealing we had with the staff was excellent, the room was beautiful and the location perfect! For the price we paid it exceeded our expectations and offered brilliant value! If we were to return to Prague we would stay here again! Only slight (can't even call it an issue) but I found the room a little bit warm but that's just my personal preference as I prefer it cold when I sleep!

The hotel is wonderful: it is clean, modern and the location is very close to the city center, however it is pretty quiet in the hotel itself. The room is nicely furnished, the bed is very comfortable. Staff is friendly and is trying to assist in the best possible way. Breakfast was amazing, the food was delicious.

The housekeeping weren’t actually cleaning the rooms or cleaning the garbage nor changing the towels even though they were left on the floor. They only arranged the beds.

The room is spacious. Very comfortable stay after long walking days. The location is perfect and walking distance to everywhere.

Nice boutique hotel with comfortable and very clean rooms. Good location, close to the city center (around 800 meter to the astronomical clock). Close to the shopping streets and public transport. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful hotel team. Our room was equipped with coffee machine.

We asked to have both rooms close and they were in different floors and in the opposite direction. Not a big deal, but could have saved some time and made easy the family communication. other than that, nothing else to report.
