United KingdomWe booked in a 4 star hotel in an excellent location, a family room. This was not, in my opinion, a family room. The double bed was on a mezzanine floor, with two singles below. One was a camp bed. Post war style, fold up, spring loaded, camp bed. Felt like sleeping on rows of marbles, not the super smooth kind, the chipped and cracked types , marbles that had seen better days... The other bed tucked away between the wall and a cupboard. This was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, family room. Not so family sized. There was no AC as we were told by the receptionist, "Open your window as it will be cooler later on", this is all well and good and caters for the roaming mosques that took full advantage of the 4-star family room buffet and enjoyed the open window free entry... As for Bar... it turns out to be a vending machine. Nice, the actual bar was closed, so we took our vending machine purchases out to the front of the hotel and enjoyed a few glasses before returning to our cramped oven of a 4-star family room.
Great location, the street itself resembled the Strand in London....however......

BulgariaI want to express my satisfaction from the hotel and the staff. In particular, the hotel is situated in a communicative place with good infrastructure. It is close to nature - one can hear the birds singing, and on the other side very close to the center of the town. The space in the rooms is pretty enough. The rooms are clean, which is really important to me. The food is also enough and fresh. Last but not least, I want to express my satisfaction from the kindness of the staff. Especially, the ladies on the reception who helped a lot with information about the hotel, the sightseeings and the reservation of my trip back to home. Thanks a lot for your kindness! I am definitely recommending the hotel to everyone who is looking for comfort!
