Nobody vacuums the capsule under the matrace, no soundproofing - you can hear neighbors in their capsules like you're in the bed with them, I smelled cigarettes in my capsule, probably through the ventilation

There is no air-conditioning and the capsules turn into a sauna esp. during summer. They are also uncomfortable for tall and/or big people. There are no hooks/racks in the shower, so theres nowhere to put your things. I would highly recommend the owners stay in the capsule for at least one night.

Pricing, cleanliness and the kitchen are great. Also the capsules provide a feeling of “privacy” which is a great plus. The electronic system of a check-in was ideal for me.

Uncomfortable bed, bad air flow inside the capsule since i need to half open the door during the night for how hotter it was.

The resemblance with the japanese style capsule hotel at an affordable price which is very good.

Lack of personel to ask for help. I eventually got help from an other guest the first time I checked in, also it's good to note there is no option to leave luggage before check in or after check out.

The accomodation was clean, every capsule has a locker for luggage which can be locked. The idea of an online key to open the entrance door and the capsule is very innovative, but I felt nervous not to leave my phone in the capsule by accident.

1.) The opening of the door was not working sometimes via the link you sent to me. A few times, I had to restart the phone to make it work. Maybe depends on the system of the phone as well :) 2.) in the storage box for capsule no.3, the back wall was open so it was sketchy or it’s supposed to be that way idk I’m not a designer of it. 3.) Also, air conditioning around 3 am was getting worse so it started to be like in a sauna maybe it was in my capsule no.3 or it’s by design idk. 4.) Lastly :) in the man showers on the right side, the showerhead was broken it was unplugging from the tube. Hopefully this feedback helps adjust few things overall great time, just those 4 points make it less comfortable. :)

the system to access the property. Specially in the event the the customer have problem with roaming and no access to the internet, there will be no chance to get in and contact the costumer service. Like what just had happened to me. My roaming played up and I was panicking as it was getting late. Luckily there was a stranger outside and very kind to contact the property on my behalf.

Locks on showers were not functional. In my opinion not for long stays. It gets really hot during if you close it fully when you sleep. No exchange offices in this part of the city.
