The door of the capsule was a bit difficult to open from the inside, the matress was too soft for my taste, and the light strips are cool white light, but none of those are dealbreakers to me, just mild inconveniences.

Easy access to the building and capsule - you get a link in your email, and unlock both using your phone. Other than that, privacy was great, it was very clean, and quiet. Definitely will come visit again!

i knew i would be sleeping in a dystopian version of a hostel-dorm. but not having direct contact with the staff has major disadvantages. for example, there is no room for negotiation: i was denied the opportunity to temporarily store my luggage after check-out. and i don't understand why such prices are charged despite the savings on staff. in addition, the capsules give the false impression that noise is shielded by them. of course it could be quieter than in a conventional dorm, but some guests lack the feeling of quiet due to the shielding and there is unrestrained chatter in front of the beds early in the morning. comfortable and clean it was, but dreary, cold and without emotion.

All of the problems could be solved by a receptionist. This place attracts unhoused people that enter the building and hide in the shared spaces or unused capsules. To counter this, security does checkups at inconvenient times (during the night or early morning). They are quite loud and open the capsule “roller shutter” fast which causes a lot of noise. I was also woken up by the cleaning staff opening the capsule at 9, despite the check-out time being 10. If you are unlucky, you will get a capsule next to the “capsule for couples” and if the guests are immodest, you will have your sleep disturbed by them. The showers get dirty quickly, since the water stays on the floor and most people enter the room with their shoes on. This is not a place to stay longer than one night, because your sleep quality will be poor.

I couldn't sleep at all due to a lot of noise around, not just from people walking by and closing the doors loudly, I was prepared for that, but also the constant loud noise from the showers which were very close to my capsule (the noise was from the heater, AC, or something of that sort).

Bed was clean and comfortable. I had enough space, even though I am tall. Kitchen was sufficient and nice.

Everything makes a noise (doors, floors, beds), you should do something about that. The place doesn't smell good. In bed, everything the other guest do, can be heard. People who snore should be advised not to stay here, to maintain everybody else's sanity.

I wanted to try this experience The capsule no have air fan inside ,I waked up several times without oxigen.lookd to me to be inside a tomb ,the place looks very ostile : all closed there is not air and is full of cameras , the dining room have all windows stay shutted with one curtain up like to avoid privacy.the cleaning service start before 10 standing in front off the casule to put pressure for go out

It's very hot, no windows, only one little fan in the middle of the long corridor in front of the 20 capsules. So it's totally useless. You could have privacy since your got a proper way to close your capsule but it's so hot that if you want to breath or not sweat you end up sleeping and leaving your capsule open. And the light can't be turned off so basically you have the choice between privacy/no air/being hot or option 2: no privacy/still not much air/still hot/and light on while you sleep. I have been to many other hostels and capsule hostel, the fact its cheap doesn't make it okay to be in these conditions..

There was no soap in the toilet to wash my hands. It was very hot in the room and in the box itself, as there was no fan. The light couldn't be turned off, only turned down. It was very difficult to descend from the 2nd floor from the box without handles - the stairs are not comfortable.

Unbelievably hot inside the capsule, even making you feel ill and certainly difficult to sleep in. No locks on showers or places to put anything. Worst part was there had clearly been a break in whilst we were staying at the property, there were multiple police cars at the hostel, but we weren’t informed of what was happening, the glass on the front door was smashed and there burn marks on another door inside, which had also had to have its lock replaced, there was also a door missing. This all made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe sleeping there. Not sure if it was a one off experience, but the contact from the property about the situation was poor. Overall, poor experience and didn’t enjoy our stay.

The light in the capsule was good, the door of the capsule locked easily, the cleaner was very friendly and helpful when we needed it.

My locker malfunctioned and was not fixed for over 24 hours despite being told that the technician was on their way within an hour of me reporting the issue, did not show up until the next day. Furthermore, my follow up messages through the day were read and ignored until the following morning when the handyman appeared at last.
