The way the breakfast is labeled & stored needs some improvement ie i don’t eat pork meat for a number of reasons one being it makes me ill very and the next is due to religious beliefs. if someone is vegetarian this could effect them to or go against their values as it dose mine. I don’t think the meat should be stored and left to steam under the same hot plate with cover as the eggs ect. A separate cover or separate hot plate would have helped my eggs not tasting like meat due to this there was not many hot options for breakfast for vegetarians or people who can’t eat such things yes there is much options in general but not muvh hot options and in in winter you may want to start your day with a hot breakfast. Eggs and meat is not the same thing Vegetarian’s eat eggs but this does not mean they eat meat. Also a vegetable salad should not be labelled so if it has crabmeat in it it’s not a vegetable salad then instead it should say crab and vegetable salad or something along those lines so it’s clear. i do not eat seafood and to my surprise ended up eating crabmeat this left me upset I could have had a allergic reaction to this. so better labelling is very important when hosting people from all over the world and different backgrounds this is my main this like and this let down my breakfast experience. The hotel also needs a little updating a bit shabby in some places for a 4star hotel but overall good hotel.

I liked the hotel as a whole the staff were welcoming and helpful the front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and also they was welcoming due to this I would stay here again. The room was spacious and had all you needed and the spa was relaxing. The hotel is perfect for a short getaway or work stop over it’s near to bus and tram links so good location. And for breakfast you had a variety of food which was nice good breakfast in general. But for me it’s the extras that was given at arrival that made the stay extra welcoming and gave that extra special touch it made my day and helped me feel relaxed and like I was away it made me smile. Also loved the fact you have chess in the lobby i never ti play it as I was busy but that is a nice touch also the bird made me smile nice addition ti the lobby.

If no voucher, eating here would be a lot of money, even in comparison with the city center.

Clean and comfortable. Very considerate and pleasant staff. Sadly the spa was not working so as a compensation we received a wine and a voucher to the restaurant. The restaurant food was very good. Overall we had a really pleasant stay.

Room small Breakfast staff need more training and to look a bit smarter,big bleach on uniform of one member. Staff walking around drinking during servicet. Refilling of breakfast not efficent.

The location of this hotel is very good. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite it was very comfortable and large. The stay was enjoyable even though the view from the windows werent the greatest :)

Great service, explained everything, even told us how to get to the city center, we got two wines and a voucher for drinks in the hotel restaurant. The room was clean and well-kept, and was cleaned during the stay. The best of all was the breakfasts, they were buffet style, there was a large selection and everything was fresh and constantly replenished.

Basically everything. The Reception Staff was amazing.The room was huge, super clean, organized and they even offered us a bottle of wine as welcome, on top of that they gave us a voucher for a panoramic rooftop bar in the center( two drinks on the House)🤩 The free Sauna, Infra Sauna, Jacuzzi and Cold bath, where like a Christmas present. We travelled for 5weeks now in south-central Europe and this was our best experience so far.

You need to book in order to be able to use the spa.

Breakfast was good and with a lot of choice. Stuff is very helpful and friendly - you can see they are putting a lot of effort to make you feel good. We took a family room, so it was big enough. Center can be reached very easily by tram. The neighborhood is nice and calm.

Additional unexpected hotel tax equals 8€. It would be better to have an option of towel changing, special sauna towels or bathrobes.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean and neat room, sauna and jacuzzi option, a good breakfast, location is not so far from the city centre. Also nice compliments from the hotel in the form of wine, souvenir magnet, city map and water for return trip.

The size of the room. Bathroom huge, entryway huge , bedroom small tight squeeze down one side of bed. A welcomed kettle and fridge but nowhere sensible to plug kettle in so it ended up in the floor in the entryway.

The location is excellent with tram stop at the end of the road to get to all pragues attractions. Staff all excellent, complimentary bottle of wine, welcome drinks and mulled wine. Restaurant served good food again staff were attentive. Spa was nice not too crowded.

The only thing that I can think of that I didn't like - the size of the cups for the coffee machine. The machine dispersed more coffee than fitted in the biggest cup available during breakfast.

Nice location - very close to the goal of our trip, easily available by train. Very friendly stuff. The hotel is a part of a bigger chain that offers services to the tourists and stay in this hotel guarantees discounts. Lavish and delicious breakfasts.
