The hotel staff were amazing. Two members of staff really stood out and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Martin from the bar was very friendly, accommodating, and extremely professional and very helpful. Petra was also a stand-out member of staff. Friendly, helpful, and a great sense of humour. They both were very hard working and worthy of a pay rise. The reception team were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent, and the spa facilities were spot on.

The staff was very friendly and caring. The breakfast was plentiful. The location was good, the old city was 20 minutes away from the hotel by trams. We got vouchers and gifts from the receptionist wich was nice. We recommend it for everybody. :)

Bathroom door was loose, didn’t close well and so water leaked on the floor.

The carpet in the room – I feel that this type of surface cannot be properly cleaned after each guest, and therefore, it seems unsuitable to me. It just gives me the impression that the carpet is full of dirt.

Very attentive staff. The original room had a broken window (it wouldn’t close properly, so all the street noise could be heard), and I requested a room change. This request was handled immediately, and we were given a new room, which was better as it was on the top floor and larger.

We booked our stay last minute. Vlad at the reception desk checked us in and he was very welcoming and friendly. He walked us to our room 414 and made sure all was okay for our stay, he made our stay very enjoyable.

The location was perfect, well connected to the city center. Nice industrial are to walk around. The breakfast was rich and fresh. The restaurant offered a wide range of meals.

The hotel overcame our expectations. - Clean, spacious rooms. - Rich and tasty breakfast (sausages, bacon, eggs, ham, croissants, nutella, cupcakes, cakes, yogurts, butter, jams, carrots, cucumbers, small onions, and so much more). -They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of champagne. During check out they gave us 2 small bottles of water. -Room service was daily. -There were 2 tram stops nearby (4 minutes walk) and we were to city center in 20 minutes. -Take advantage of the sauna and jacuzzi. There is also a relaxation room. i guarantee that you will not regret it. - Special thanks to Cyril, our contact in reception, who was very friendly and welcomed us politely, giving us all the necessary info.

Beds are too soft as for me, but this is not really disadvantage.

The hotel is amazing, stuff is very friendly. It's easy to find it, parking is big and convenient. The room looked better than on the picture. Everything was very clean and comfortable. They offer welcome drinks, bottle of red wine on arrival, free hot wine on the reception, water and coffee in the room. You can also book welness for free, which is up to 8 people. Wellness is also great. And breakfast is really tasty.

The breakfast was exceptional - many choices and very tasty. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is located near the tram lines so it was easy to get into the main city each day. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Overall really great stay! Staff was really nice and extremly helpful, many thanks to Kateryna, Bohdana and Anna, 10/10. Amazing service, complimentary drinks, complimentary bottle of wine, vouchers, nice magnet of Prague on the check out and the discount for the future stay. Impressive selection for breakfast, there was choice for everyone! Free parking, clean rooms, close to the tram station, everything was just amazing!

There was a strong smell from the kitchen in the corridor and our room on the last night we stayed.

The staff is nice and friendly. Sauna is very good. Breakfast is rich. The room is quiet. The tram station is close by, just few minutes walk.

What struck us as odd was that the 6 bed apartments had only one bathroom with WC and shower, while our friends in a double room had a separate WC. With 6 people, a separate WC would really have been nice.

Overall excellent hotel. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and enjoyable SPA area. Location was very good for us.

Just out of the city,there wasn't a great selection of alternative restaurants on bars nearby.

For us, the best choice: easily accessible by car, generous parking at no extra cost, clean and spacious room, wine from the house, rich breakfast, tram station very close, extremely kind staff! At the end, I also received a discount voucher for a future stay.

The Spa-Area is pretty small, only a handfull of people can use it at the same time. But their Equipment is nice and clean.

Amazing service, great Breakfastbuffet and great location. The Tram line is about 2 Minutes away from the Hotel. Lots of safe Parking places around the Hotel, completely free. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Our Stay was amazing

The training facilities could use some updates, especially the bikes. Also, the internet was very slow.
