The staff were super friendly. The location was right by the main train station so I didn't have to haul my luggage too far. The ceilings were very high with floor to ceiling windows which made the space feel extra spacious. The instructions to connect to wifi and whatnot were easy to understand. They let me store my bags at check out. It was great.

Genuinely not much to complain about during our stay, the only issue were other loud guests being rude but that's nothing to do with the accommodation itself.

- The reception staff were fantastic, Lana was super helpful with any questions I had. - The housekeeping staff were also quite friendly when I would bump into them and say hello. - The location was also quite good, a very short walk from the Train station and as we were flying out it was also easy to walk back to the station and get the direct airport shuttle bus. - It was a nice neighborhood even if you ignore the people who clearly need institutional help around the train station. - A short walk to old town with easy access to public transport all around. - I don't remember a full supermarket nearby however, the train station has several minimart type of stores as well as fast food and pharmacies should that be required. I would suggest however exploring the rich food culture Prague has to offer within a few blocks of the accommodation. - The room was clean and spacious enough to for two people. The landing room had plenty of space for luggage and to hang clothing. - The washing machine and dryer down stairs were helpful as it meant we packed less and simply washed our clothing when needed.

Very spacious studio apartments right next to the main train station, very clean, equipped with a small kitchen (stove, crockery, dishwasher). 5-10 min from the old town. We didn’t take public transport so not sure about how close it is to a tram/bus station. The staff were polite and helpful, and helped me print my boarding pass! They also have a luggage storage room for those arriving early or leaving late. We had a comfortable stay!

great location (minutes always from the old town square by foot), people at the reception were very helpful and the room was big, clean and comfy. Washing machine and dryer were free to use (just have to buy pods at the reception) so it was super convenient for us since we were travelling light.

Great location, the main train station just across the street. Really nice and clean rooms, the beds were extremely comfortable. It appears that the place has been recently renovated or it is very well maintained. Since the building is a tenement and the walls are pretty thick, the room was super quiet. A place worth recommending!

This place was a quick find after having to change travel plans however it was really great. It’s more like an apartment in a building than a hotel, it’s so clean and comfortable. Location is right next to the station which was handy for me. The staff at reception were very helpful.
