Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Old bathroom, bad smell (not cigarette smoke necessarily but odd stench coming from the bathroom, I hate it) you are recommended to hand over the keys when leaving and get them when getting back. Bad bed frames, the mattress just moves around, although the mattress itself is not bad. If I would be a bit bigger, I wouldn't be able to pass through the shower entrance. (I am kinda thin)

The coffee at breakfast wouldn't appeal to many Brits!
Early check in and check out both easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel very secure with buzzer entry at all times. Overall clean and apparently newly renovated. Room light, well proportioned, warm, clean and well euipped. Very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast OK. Pleasant location close to tram and metro, shops, bars, cafes, farmers' market etc. Airport about 45 minutes by direct metro and bus. Old town 10 minutes by metro. I'd definitely stay here again.

The bed mattress
The room was an upgrade it was too spacious and was clean . Just the mattress was on the tougher side but everything else was good . The staff was very friendly and helpful they allowed us to keep our luggage even after our stay .

Pillows. I will never understand why hotel pillows have to be so soft and not provide any support.
It was a short walk to nice mall in one direction and a short walk to the training program I was there for in the opposite direction.

I was happy overall.
Lots of restaurants nearby, 10 min walk from Riegrovy Sad park. The room was spacious with a fridge. Good luggage storage in a locked room.

The only down sides were: the noise outside the hotel early in the morning (which isn’t the hotels fault) And the brightness of the room which if you have little ones they think it’s time to get up at 5am 🙈

How to get to the room can be a bit confusing but it's manageable as long as one doesn't overlook the signs. That's all that I could find that's bad.
I liked the location, near subway and tram stations. Also there are couple of places around to get food when one arrives late. The shower head high enough.

The shower was terribly small and very unconfortable. I came to stay a month and asked more hangers to put all my clothes but they didn't have it and I need to buy myself. The elevator was broken for few days when I was there.
Room was clean and with a good size, bed was confortable. The location is perfect, just few steps of tram station, and few mins walking from metro station. A lot of restaurants and pubs just around the corner. Close to the City center.

First night was very cold as they didn’t have the heat on. They turned it on the next day after hearing complaints. Breakfast didn’t seem worth the price.

I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast as the cheapest possible products were offered so I wouldn’t bother.
Great location. Spacious room with a separate hallway. Comfortable bed. Always staff at reception if something is needed.

As stated the rooms are a little basic, you can ask for a kettle and there was a mini fridge in the room all in all I really like the place. The staff are nice but very "matter of fact" but this is how it is there the culture just seems a little colder.
It was great, the rooms are basic enough but the area is perfect! Great pubs and resturaunts within a five minute walk, a super markert like 30 seconds away and a shopping centre nearby. It's close to everything but far enough from the city centre to be out of the way from the worst parts that come with that. The area is extremely safe even late at night but that could be sad for Prague in general I think.

I couldn't find it! I stood 20m away looking for it, but because the flag doesn't say GEO, I thought it was a different hotel. I then spent another 30 minutes looking for it between Flora and JZP.
They charged my phone for me.
