Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaThe hostel is in the 3rd floor and travelers with bug luggage will struggle a little to carry all the items to the hostel. Also check in time is 13:00 but if you want to keep your luggage early before check in it is depends your luck to open the door as there is no reception before 13:00.
The location is very good as it is very close ( 800 Meters) to Prague HLN station and Museum & Mastek metro station. There is a Vodaphone & O2 store for mobile connection. Also a McDonald's and a KFC just 400 meters away.

SpainThe area around the hostel looked weird but it was no problem in the end
I liked that there were some bed bugs in another bed of the room and the hostel offered to change my room to another one. I could also leave my backpack at the reception after checkout. The hostel is well located and it is generally quite clean anyways.

PolandHair dryers in the room. I needed to use it at 9 am, even though other girls were still sleeping. No extra bathroom and toilet outside the room.
Great location if you want to make some trips by train outside the city - it's near the station. Walkable distance to the old city, big grocery shops in the neighbourhood. Clean towels and sheets. If you will read all the instructions, you will not be surprised that the entrance is shared with the night club. For me it was not a problem.

United StatesThe hostel is a number of dorms connected by a common area that is something like a wide hallway with a small kitchen. There's no comfortable comfortable chairs our couches or other place to rest per se, besides one's bed. If you're looking for a hostel vibe, this is not the place for you.
This is an interesting place. It's not well-advertised, and to get inside, one goes past the entrance to one of Prague's more *ahem* libertine establishments. In addition, the floor below the hostel one can rent rooms for *hmm* less than one night. That said, the facility is as clean and quiet a place to sleep as you'll find.

MoroccoThe place is a little bit noisy and they could have provided more fans for good air circulation for a 6 double decker beds. Checkout time is a bit earlier than the usual timing.
Location is nearby to train and tram stations. Property is well secured, they could have a luggage storage where you can keep your things if you checkin early or checkout early but you still need to roam around the city. Towels and linens are provided and the bathroom is clean.

New ZealandThe building facade is covered in scaffold which means we cannot open the window for fresh air due to noise and dust or even draw the curtains for natural light as men are working right outside your window. Bed frame creaks and mattress needs replacing (you can feel the spring). Kitchen rangehood duct doesn’t connect to the outside, it just draws the air back into your room so it was pretty useless.
Good location. Our room was spacious with nice furnishings it almost felt like a boutique hotel. It had lots of mirrors, hooks and storage space. They have luggage storage which is always handy. The woman receptionist was lovely and friendly. The hostel is directly above a “sauna club” and we expected it to be noisy but it wasn’t at all.

UkraineA big gap in the shower cabine and water pours through it when taking a shower. An elevator only for emergencies. For other cases, there are only stairs. It was tough with a big suitcase. The receptionist is only available for 3 hours during check-in. She also started talking to me in Russian despite the fact that I spoke English. Well... The hostel shares the entrance to the building with a nightclub. It can be an issue for someone (not for me tho)
Comfortable bed and really clean everywhere. Lockers for all roommates. A kitchen in the corridor. Refrigerator, kettle, dishes Shelves in the shower
