Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only thing that bothered me a bit were the bathrooms, which didn't have much space to leave the clothes. Plus the showers were only two in the women's bathroom.The number wasn't such a bother, but when changing it did pose a challenge.
The blankets were thick enough to be warm at night. The rooms were warm enough too. Under the beds there were drawers into which you could put your belongings and lock the drawer (you had to have your own lock).

I didn't like the noise of some of the guests. They were not self-aware of others.
Location was great. It is downtown. One can easily reach the touristy destinations nearby.

the bathroom (shover and toilet) is outside the room, the bathrooms (shover and toilet) required very good cleaning!!! Also behind the bed next to the wall required cleaning.
The hostel is very nice, the women room was unexpected very big, there is a box for your luggage, but you need to ask for a padlock. There is a common kitchen - fully equipped. And on saturday (probably) there was a breakfast to buy. The hostel is close to the old town and city centrum. there is a lift in the building. You can leave you luggage before check-in , and after check-out.

There was only 1 lady on the front desk who was kind and helpful. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the price wasn’t that cheap to have these inconveniences.

The laundry room could use improvement as the dryers are not functioning efficiently, taking an extended time to dry clothes. Additionally, there are not enough laundry facilities to accommodate the needs of users.
The location is perfect, with restaurants and bars conveniently nearby and easy access to the charming old town and public transport. The hostel offers 24/7 reception, spacious and comfortable rooms with shared bathrooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. They also organize engaging activities such as walking tours, game nights, and other exciting events, making it a fantastic choice for social and active travelers.

Staff was friendly facilit were good. Hostel co ordinators Jessica and Eduardo were specially very nice and friendly and made the guests gel very nicely.

It was my first stay in a hostel but hopefully the last one. I did not like the experience. What I didn't like about this facility is that you have one room connected to the other room so basically people from the other room have to go through your room when they enter/exit the room.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of almost everything. I really loved the location. I took a single room, not very big, but fine for one person. They didn't clean my room, which was okay with me. It was perfect for a solo trip.

There was no curtains on the beds, which, in a mixed room really takes away privacy
I had a great time, the room was quite big and very comfortable. The hostel is super clothe to the center, you can get anywhere by just walking for 5min.

The girls bathroom, particularly the shower, was not as clean. There was hair on the floor and seemed to be dirt on the floor as well? There is also a timer that turns the light off every few minutes and the room went pitch black twice during my shower. I had to open the shower door and flail my arms around so the lights would turn back on.
The bedrooms very clean and the location was no less than ideal. I had never stayed in a hostel before and this was super easy and simple.

Apart from the pillows, nothing.
Location was perfect, right in the old town of Prague. Room was super clean and beds were very comfortable, pillows could be a bit better- they're big and look plush but aren't supportive when you sleep on it, some of us had to use two pillows.

The bed was a little noisy, they could put a ramp in the entrance, it is difficult to climb the stairs till reception with the luggage.

Perfect accommodation right in the city centre, very close to tram and metro. The receptionist was very nice, checkin went smooth. :) Nice clean rooms, not too spacious but enough to sleep in. Bathroom was also nice and clean, we were provided with towels and even had a hairdryer in there.
