The facilities need updating. There is a lot of wear and tear in both the common areas and the rooms. There are very few activities at the hostel. There is no bar and the breakfast buffet was often not served.

In order to access the bathroom, you need to carry a plastic card everywhere. At one moment, my card just stopped working, so after taking a shower I had to go back to the reception desk to renew it. I was feeling confused but the lady at the reception desk was super sweet and helpful. In addition, I think the price is a bit too much.

The location is convenient. In the room, there was a table, 3 twin beds, a table lamp, bedside tables, and electrical sockets. At first, I was confused because we didn't have a private bathroom, but later on I realized that we did have one, but it was in the corridor.

Loved the location! Everything was within short walking distance, even in the cold… Main tourist attractions, places to eat, or even just wander… The rooms were okay. The communal space though was huge, and more inviting - open space, colourful + a piano :) P.S. Thankful for having a hairdryer in the communal bathrooms - Signed, Desert Girl. Seriously though, it’s always handy, especially in long term travel.

Location is very near to all major attractions and close to metro A and B lines. Room is quite and clean

Being charged the city tax in Euros. Every hostel I've stayed in it's either 2 euros or 50 czech crowns. Not here. The receptionist wanted 54 czech crown and I only had 50 so she asked for 4 more crowns. So I gave her a euro as that was the only change I had and then she kept the rest anyway! So I paid 1 euro for 4 crowns! I don't care about the money but ripping tourists off is not very nice. It's the principle

Location showing on google maps is wrong and have to navigate in the night to find the right place.

The location was really good and near to city centre, rooms were spacious and beds were good. The kitchen was also nice and clean

Maybie the bed blanket and sheet should be changed for new and softer ones, and the courtains doesn’t cover the light vert good.

Very nice hostel to meet people in the common area. I had a private room facing the street in the 6th floor with better heating system that many 4 star hotels.

Hairdryer in the private rooms would have been useful. Woken up by weird noise at night (we were in one of the attic rooms - could have been a generator or something)

The view was terrible (sixth floor) but I'm sure there was rooms with much better view! This room was just facing the wrong way. Also smaller handtowels on top of the bigger towels would have been nice.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The beds were very comfortable! Overall a very nice stay.
