Bad smell in the room due to poor personal hygiene of other guests.

We stayed overnight in the dormitory. It is a comfortable hostel because of the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Free barbecue and other events organised on site. Great location close to tram stop or walking distance to the centre.

I checked in and checked out after 4 hours!! This is not a suitable hostel for female travellers, especially solo. There were 4 older men drinking in the bedroom, making a mess and being loud. I was also one of the handful of girls (maybe 3 or 4) amongst all the men in the full common area (at least 35/40 people I would say), not a female friendly atmosphere. The hostel is also not located in the best area, stay near old town instead!!

the hostel was super clean, literally all day working on keeping the place nice and tidy. the location is perfect, center is 15 minutes walk away but there’s a bus stop right I front of the building that takes you to the center in like 5-10 mins. the stuff is unbelievably kind and helpful, I really loved chatting with them. it was one of my best hostel experiences, absolutely recommended! thank you guys! ❤️

i think this place has so much potential if they become more transparent and organized. during our stay there we had people coming into our room two times even though we had booked the whole room for our group. this was very disturbing and made us feel unsafe. the other thing is that they were not clear about their prices and city taxes. first when we booked we got given one price in euros but when we arrive to the hostel the person there converted the amount to Czech in a currency rate that was not correct and asked us to pay a significant difference. then they also asked us to pay for the city taxes claiming that they didn’t know how many travelers would show up (even though we booked nine beds) and even though booking said these were included. while the issue of the conversion got solved when the manager looked into the conversion rate given by our bank it made for an overall uncomfortable and frustrating experience. also the kitchen and the bathrooms are not very clean. finally some of the mattresses were okay but others were very thin and some members of our group could feel the boards of the wood frame.

my favorite thing about this hostel was the amount of events and activities organized for travelers. during our stay we had free coffee and tea all day long plus several free events in the property such as a bbq, pasta day, and lentil soup day. the location is not very close to the center but it’s still very convenient and well connected. the decoration and shared spaces are also nice.

The stairs going to the hostel are too much especially with suitcases but when coming doing I was helped so can't complain much.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Cool hostel, art everywhere. I love the shower head🚿😂, the water was coming out with so much pressure. I was there for a night but I wish I stayed for a long time.

Bed extremely uncomfortable, curtains didn't cover the full window so sunlight was let in early, unfriendly staff, had to pay for everything in cash as their card machine was broken all weekend. My friend was in another dorm room and the bed broke under him, they made him pay for this damage despite him almost being severely injured due to the flimsy bed. Not worth the money

Bathroom was relatively clean and the shower was good.

I booked a private room, and the bed was the worst bed, with pillows and covers I had in my life. The room was smelling really bad, the heater was not working at all. It was really loud in the corridor so I would not suggest to book a private room on this hostel.

lots of stairs, No lift. No Curtains were provided. I was charged 2323 CZK for one night and it was not value for money. Cleanliness can be improved
