There was a group of guys shouting until 2 am. And then they were loud and shohting AGAIN the whole morning from 8am. They have destroyed my whole Brno experience, now I got only 5 hours of sleep on Sunday morning. What else can i say … i talked to them and they were extremely rude to me, not acknowledging how rude they were, also other people staying at the hotel were complaining.. not really nice experience.

I liked the central location of the place, very close to everything.

The room was horrible, small, dark and not pleasant. There was only a very small window that looked into a closed lobby quite dirty. I have asked for a quite room and they gave me a room next to the main entrance. The free Wi-Fi did not worked properly and the elevator broken down the same day I was there (I was at the 4th floor). The bathroom was not particularly clean. The pictures of the rooms are very misleading !

I did not like anything of this Hotel.

They have thing doors between rooms. We couldn’t sleep till 2 am because in opposite room people just speaking loudly. It is also smell like in train station in toilets.

It is located in a good location, on Jakubské square: a beautiful monument (Gothic church), excellent restaurants (Restaurace Jacoby, Cukrárna Aida, outdooor pub in square evening), not far from the theaters. Free coming and going with the room key. Nice and helpful hotel staff.

It was hard to find. My navigator was not clear.

The sleeping quarters where very comfortable. Sharing a bathroom with other guests was a new experience. Accommodating to my late arrival. Not sure if the kitchen was open for guests, to manage themselves , I made me a cup of tea and a small snack.

My room looked like it has not been cleaned after the last guests. Full bin. Crumpled bedsheets. 4 long hairs near my pillow in the bed. Sheets did not smell freshly washed. Shared showers are a health hazard! There are signs warning of fluctuations in water temperature. But the fluctuations mean it will go from lukewarm to scolding instantly, gave me 1st degree burns. This should be reported to authorities as unsafe. Stay away from this place.

Unfortunately, we booked this room as a hotel, not expecting a hostel. Not sure if I was not paying enough attention while booking or the webpage is too misleading, I guess both are true. Even at the place they told us it happens quite often what demonstrates that the website is a bit cheeky which I really don't like, so check properly before booking. However, for a hostel, it is really a great place!

The air conditioning didn't work. Windows are straining to the inner tiny yard of the house full of other air conditioning fans which are blowing hot air.... At least you can save on the sauna....

you will aware of crowds of drinking people in the night and sounds of garbage location and food delivery in the morning. on the top of it - shared bathroom also has its drawbacks, such unclean toilet seat and other people’s underpants in bathroom.

the place is the best if purpose of your visit is an evening go out to the best wine bar of the city.

- in description there is information about parking , BUT there is no parking near the hotel ( only private of other hotel) The nearest parking is up 1,5 km from the property you can’t find it from the first time, there are no signs. So when you are for the first time in Brno and in the evening - it”s complicated - the room was very dirty - floors were just disgusting - the smell in the room - I can still smell it for two days , just awful smell of cigarettes and dirty place - in the description it says - whole apartment, but it’s not like that. Shared bath, toilet , everything. - the quality of Wi-Fi -just 2 points , it was very difficult surf in the internet and look thanks for additional information about the city - in the room you could hear each noise from other rooms ( for example when people were rolling on the bed - you could hear that !!) - the door lock to the room is half - broken , so it’s dangerous to leave something in the room and go somewhere . - the photos on the profile don’t have anything similar to the real hotel - it doesn’t worth money that I paid !!!
