Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing, it was great.
This hostel has been one of the highlights of my trip! The atmosphere was so relaxed and the staff were very welcoming. There were activities every day which made it easy to meet new people and the common room was set up perfectly for socialising. They even had Netflix and Spotify on the TV so everyone would watch movies or listen to music together. Would highly recommend this hostel!

This is a social hostel, perfect for solo travellers. The staff are incredibly nice, they plan events every day so there's always something to do, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Perfect location, 10min walk from everything, and 1 min walk from nearest tramway line.

That I couldn’t stay longer😭.
The property was well furnished and organised with a great plethora of events throughout the day(which were super well organised). the kitchen was easy to use and very accessible and the tv was a godsend, as were the couches which I used heavily. there is a minbar for drinks which everyone used and were quite cheap drinks as well. The staff they have there are some of the best staff and people you could find. I would like to thank Cate, Milena, Maia, Sara and Gabriele. They were really the most amazing staff I could ask for and were super helpful in everything that I needed. They were all so nice to me and everyone that I was staying with. Not a boring second in this hostel. If you are going to Prague this is the only hostel you should stay at. it’s the only one I’ll be going to that’s for sure😎❤️.

I liked that the hostel had a kitchen available and the room was great. The location was also awesome, very close to a lot of sightseeing attractions. The staff was great and make a nice effort to make the hostel very social. Overall my stay was amazing.

nothing everything was perfect
T H E best hostel I’ve been so far!!! First of all you have everything you need there,perfect location and nice bed. The place is more of a flat then a hostel and it makes the place so cool 🤘🏻 Second the staff was so friendly and amazing, every night they have someone that suggests you to join him/her for a drink, they also make a lot of friendly games and put some good music for the vibe.

There should be a fan in every room. The shower drainage isn’t the best.

Very clean, large, safe, private, and social. The hostel creates social settings if you wish to participate, but there is no obligation. The hostel is quite large with large common spaces and private shower/toilet areas. Free coffee/tea and any items former visitors left behind.

May not be the best place if you prefer a good night sleep. I had no problem with noice though.
Very social hostel. The staff makes you feel welcome and there are organized activities happening every day. Great place to stay if you're planning to go out every night (like I did :D) Room was also spacious and the whole place stayed clean enough throughout my stay.

The staff here, particularly Seb, Pili, Leo, Gabriele and Addi were amazing and really made me feel at home during my 5 weeks staying here. The facilities were good, particularly the beds were really comfortable. The hostel is small and a great place to meet new people and have interesting conversations. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The place can be noisy because its on Main street. That can be problem for some.

The room of 16 beds is kind of chaotic. There are not enough energy plug-ins for charging phones and there are little rules. I mean, in the middle of one night a dude tried to get into my bed
