Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The administration or there should be someone at reception required to ask doubts about room or any requirements.
Facilities and staff were nice. They didn't speak in English but were very good about service.

Washroom might be cleaner.
It was cheap and the location is not too far from the center. Although in a local area. I wanted to do an early check-in and they allow us. Which was great.

We were there in February, but we didn't see or hear anyone else except for cleaners. It was a bit odd, I probably wouldn't stay there alone but good for a group. It was probably just the time of year

Only 2 showers and 2 WC cabins for all the female guests. No mop and bucket, so no chance to clean the room, if something happened. No personnel available 24/7.

It is hostel I know but bathroom can be better design and clean.
It was pretty good experience. We stayed there 2 day with my friend. List of I liked. 1) Room - It was clean and comfortable. 2. Location - Especially if you have a car it is perfect. Otherwise, it is still okay it is close to tram. 3) Kitchen - There are tost machines and some things to use. It was more than okay.

Quiet location. I had a small fridge in the room. You reach public transport and groceries in a few minutes by walking. For the price it is really OK. For a short stay recommended, for a longer stay I would book something else.

The location is not easily accessible by transit. Make sure that you have access to your e-mail when you arrive, as the building is completely unstaffed (the reception office was locked the entire time) and your only hope of getting inside the building, must less your room, is to get the codes which they e-mail to you just at the start of your stay.
It's pretty decent as hostels go. I had a private room which was small but serviceable. The location is fairly far from the city center, but nice for people who want more peace and quiet, as the location by the river means serene and scenic walks are not far away.

In the kitchen they don't have an equipment to make a coffee I think in order to force people to use the machine in the corridor which takes € 1 for a cup of coffee. But from other hand I understand them, they have to make a money somehow.So it is also OK. In the evenings bathroom and kitchen was closed for an hour for cleaning. I couldn't take a shower then was so tired that didn't wait to cleaning over, got sleeped.
For one - two nights for that price it is perfect place. Its clean which is the most important. Heating was warking. There is a free parking place. There is shared toilet and bathroom which was also OK.

Maybe the reception. The guy was no nice at all. He just give me a key and kick me off hahaha
The location it’s okay if you use the tram and think about the cost of the hotel. The neighbor is nice and safe. The place is super clean, they are cleaning all the time and the room for two was more than okey. It’s a great place for travel on a budget :)

Poor communication from them. They did not properly inform about the change of arrival door code and since the reception is available only for limited time, I could have ended up behind the door if I didn't meet someone accidently. Although, I reviewed their website, I did not understand how to get to them by public transportation. I asked them for clarification, they complaint me that I didn't read their website properly. I found this reply very disrespectful.
We had a whole studio well equipped with everything including a small kitchen, fridge, TV, etc. Internet connection was very good. On the way to the hostel from the bus station, there were some signs helping guests to find the location.
