UkraineI choose this hotel because of air conditioned rooms, and air conditioning was not working almost all of the time. each day we were told that “tomorrow it will be definitely fixed” and it took 5 days to fix it. it was too hot to sleep with open window as well.
location is nice, right near metro station. staff is friendly and restaurant in hotel is fine too.

Ukrainefree parking is free only with breakfast. which is not a bad price overall I think, but still, kind of missed that free parking only available with breakfast wellness only on workdays 10am-4pm or something the first night for some reason only half of the pillows and blankets was ready and half was lying in the closet without sheets. we were ok, the room has an option to crank up the heat, but it was weird

UkraineWhile searching for the hotel, our main priority was to have an access to spa & wellness services, which this hotel promotes to have. Since our trip was on Christmas break, it appears that these services were not available during the whole period of our stay there. The most upsetting part is that hotel staff did not notify us about this in advance and provided us with this information only after the direct question at the reception, which was a bit unfair
The hotel was pretty good, room was clean and had all the necessary equipment. The location is comfortable as well, possible to use public transportation (tram, subway), as well as there is a parking space right near the hotel.

DenmarkIt was written in the description that the rooms are sound proof, but they are not. First night we were given a room in the first floor. The room was completely different from the pictures we saw during the booking. In addition the room was very noisy. it was not sound proof at all. we couldn't sleep during the night at all because of the noise from the street and the corridor. Then we talked to the reception and they gave us another room on the 5th floor which was similar to the pictures we saw during the booking and also you could here less noise from the street. However, it was not still sound proof and you could easily here noise from up stair and also corridor which ruined our sleep several times during the night. The breakfast was also normal and nothing extra ordinary as written in the description.

SlovakiaThe name of the hotel is wellness hotel, we have specifically filter hotels with spa and made a reservation here. But the wellness is only 1 sauna. If you want full wellness package you have to make a reservation and pay for it (if it’s not booked already). For a short 1 night stay it’s good value. But if I would be traveling for a relaxation or wellness I would choose something else.
Parking included in the price in the date we have been there which was great. Great choice on breakfast, really plenty of food and everything was fresh which was amazing.

United KingdomWe had 3 rooms the air con didn’t work in 2 and broke at 2am in the third and began beeping all night. Hair in the bed and bath. You could hear the bass from the music venue across the road.
It was a basic no frills hotel. I got lucky with a large bathroom with separate shower and bath. The staff are really friendly.

United StatesThe cleaning staff woke me up quite early in the morning with the sound of vacumming. I stored a bag for a few hours on the day of my departure, but there was no room to store bags. My bag was put on desk next to a computer for guests directly in front of reception. The staff member said that he would watch my bag for me. I left it there, but I would have much preferred a secure closet or room for my bag.
The room was pretty and clean; the granny apples on the green bed was a nice touch. The location was better than I expected; it's located very close to the metro station, for instance. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good, in a nice breakfast room. I also liked the welcome drink.

Czech RepublicOur original room was supposed to be an exclusive room but the first one we were placed in was not cleaned so we got moved to a different one but the one we moved to was very small and had a extremely small bathroom, much smaller than the initial room that was dirty. The room was also extremely hot and the staff said the central AC was turned off, so we asked if they by any chance had a room like the first they put us in which is what we were expecting initially due to the fact that we paid for a nicer room. Unfortunately there was not another room and so they offered us to look at a downgraded one which happens to be about twice the size and not nearly as hot as the “exclusive” room we were in so we absolutely switched. Unfortunately because we booked on a third party site we could not get the difference back for the room. I was super disappointed because the rooms were advertised to be nicer and larger but it absolutely wasn’t the case for the one we were put in. The front desk lady was very helpful and tried to help as best she could.
