Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Shuttle bus costs additional 3 EUR. Restaurant expensive. Buy food at Billa supermarket at the airport, or eat at the airport directly.
Close to airport, takes about 10 min to walk to get there.

The hotel is an excellent stop for using the airport. About a 10 minute walk from the terminal or there is a regular bus link. Excellent food in the restaurant which is open till late. Very good breakfast too.

Decent location with a shuttle to the airport for 3 euros. Rooms are spacious and clean with the beds and pillows being soft and comfortabel.

It's a bit of a walk from the airport and the breakfast is extremely expensive (twice the price we paid at the airport, that's already expensive)

It's proximity to the airport is good, but it also means it's far away from anything else. There is decent city bus access, but you do have to go a ways for other dining options. For us, breakfast wasn't included, and if I remember correctly, it was 15 euros per person which seemed a bit steep.
This is a good option for anyone wanting close proximity to the airport. It's a very comfortable and well appointed room and exceeded my expectations of a Holiday Inn. It's attached restaurant has a decent menu and isn't excessively pricey, especially considering there's not many other options nearby. We ate there for dinner, but not breakfast.

We always stay in this hotel when we travel, but the staff was not friendly this time between January 2nd to 3rd 2025. They just didn't care for anything to help..plus the young female driver who took us January 3rd at 5am to airport was absolutely not helping or friendly at all.

We had dinner in the hotel, and all three dishes (goulash, salmon and Burger) were excellent! The lady who served us was very friendly.

the bathtub was a little deep for us to climb into.
The facility is fairly new hotel and very clean. We initially had a situation with the shower door. When we reported it, they promptly sent up a man to fix it. When he saw the door, he said we would get a new room and kept his word. He even helped us move our belongings.

Nothing not to like.
Hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the airport, check in was seamless, the room spotless with a much needed facility to make a hot drink, the bed was comfortable and the shower was so good l didn’t want to get out. Breakfast was excellent, vast hot choices as well as continental which will suit everyone.

OK. Walking distance takes a lot longer than 10 minutes and indicated route is dangerous due to roadworks. Staff have long faces and don't look too happy to be there.

Please put a second chair in the room. Not everyone travels alone. Parking is expensive. Common in European Hotels but expensive nonetheless.
Conveniently located close to the Prague airport. You can arrange for a shuttle but simply walking is perfectly fine. Really good mattress. Reasonably quiet and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Many U.S. Holiday Inn locations would benefit from learning from this location. Also a much better option than the other accommodation at the airport.
