Bed has not been very comfortable but they have been good. I had had some troubles in the beginning with the access code - this hostel doesn't use keys. Also, in my dorm there was a person who did some unpleasant noises when breathing by his nose but this was less frequent over the days. Finally, the door of the bathroom couldn't be kept closed except if I locked it: this way, staying in that bathroom couldn't be always safe.

Price has been low and I had my breakfast included; also, the staff has been friendly and very helpful. Besides, the hostel is close to a train station as well as to bus stop and tram stop and it is not far from the center of the city. Bed has not been very comfortable but they have been good. Very friendly staff, easy check-in. Includes breakfast and pretty good for the price of the accommodation. The first room I stayed in was a 4 bedroom and very clean and warm. For the second night that I had to stay, I chose an 8 bedroom room and it included a kitchen and living room in the same private area (like a little apartment). There's also a bar downstairs and it's very pretty and comfy. Also loved the idea of leaving a painting or a card with your info if you want 🥰

You cannot beat this hostal on value for money. The staff were so friendly and accomodating and common area/bar is really cool. Clean, good wifi and comfy beds, what more can you ask for?

IN hostel is a perfect place to stay in Prague. It's a new hostel, very comfy, neat and tidy. The location is so good and easy to get to the old town. The staff is so welcoming and thoughtful. There's also a fully equipped kitchen provided. I've already been hosted in so many places and I can truly say IN Hostel is what every hostel should be. Thanks!

Only one bathroom (literally just one toilet) for two rooms. All the bed sheets were fresh and clean but when I took them off before leaving to make it easier for the cleaning staff, I got to see how dirty the duvet inside the cover was. It was disgusting and I would recommend the staff to wash it or get a new duvet.

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful! Exceptional customer service! Well done guys! Also, beds were comfortable, the place was quiet and we got a good night sleep. Easy access to the city centre and airport with metro and tram stops near the hostel. The internet worked well. A great advantage for us was that we could leave our luggage in the storage room at the hostel and come back to collect it later.

What I don’t like in the hotel is that in most of the time the roomservice are men , to me I found it awkward that while I am staying in a female dom room suddenly I found man in the room a d sometime not only in the morning no that can happen anytime that they open the room to check something! Also there is no towels so better to bring your own . The breakfast is too basic .

The location is amazing close to metro station /bus station and also tram so you can easily communicate to the center and to the all important places in Prague. The numeric system they use it to access the hotel is very amazing easy to get to the hotel and to your room without going to reception . I love it because it is very comfortable and has a lot of privacy. Room relatively is big with good ventilation and with big well equipped bathroom .

The location was perfect for moving around the city. Personnel was very helpful and always ready to fulfil requests, as well as very friendly and committed. Beds were surprisingly comfy

Hostel itself is a bit cold during winter, so walking around in just a t-shirt might be freezing. The beds make some squeaky sounds, but they are not too noisy. The bar works only until 11 PM.
