We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThere should be proper play area for kids. The kids pool were not cleaned when we arrived there. Even though there are many card games for kids, there is not a dedicated area to play with them.
Breakfast was good. But could have been included more continental items. The location was nice overlooking some hills.

Czech RepublicThe only minor flaw - the toilet brush should be changed, as it is worn out and the head is barely holding on.
Reasonable price. Breakfast is good, it is possible to order an omelet. The important thing for us was that it was warm everywhere in the hotel. It was also possible to adjust the heater both in the room and bathroom. In the hall, there were board games, books, and a storage place for skis and snowboards. We parked in the nearby streets as our car couldn't make it to the top without snow chains, but this day there was a severe snow storm so this should be an exception, but have it in mind in case you are traveling in the winter. On another day the hotel should be easily reachable.

I definitely recommend this place. Super breakfest, modern technologies (remote check-in, remote door opening, no interaction needed with any reception). Dedicated parking. Perfect cleanliness.
