Quite different level and quality of equipment in the appartments. Balcony unusable due to old heavy snow never removed. Poor quality of kitchen equipment, no microwave. No showergel in the bathroom.

* I didn't love that the property wanted us to do a pre-check-in at some third party website. Whereas I understand that the intention is to facilitate smoother check-in, I didn't really want to add any additonal data about myself on another site. Fortunately I was assured that the online checkin is not necessary and I can just do that at the site. On our arrival, there was no one at the site. Only another visitors couple who was trying to find anyone from the facility to check in. I called the contact number and was told where to find the keys. It was easy enough, but I feel like this information could have just been shared in the last Booking.com chat - would save a lot of time and effort for everyone. * Some of the space planning (no bug screens, no kitchen stove ventilation; no high stand for the shower) woudn't be super convenient for a longer stay, but definitely did not ruin our experience this time.

The apartment was super nice and clean. Even though the building's hallway and corridors had a "dorm-vibe", it was completly forgotten inside the apartment, where it felt almost as if we were in a private fancy accommodation in the nature, looking over the forest.

Dishwasher as an advantage. A lot of space on Parking. Great contact with manager. Note that there is no food in the near neighborhood (shops and restaurants).

I expected that there would be a barbecue somewhere in the area, but the bonfire was completely sufficient. although it may be worth mentioning that there is no barbecue

Beautiful place! very cozy yet spacious apartments, well equipped and coffee drinkers have several options of equipment . the area and the access route is extremely picturesque - you can admire all the time.

We had an issue with double parking and someone parked their car very in front of our designated parking so it was much harder than necessary to park our car

Host was easy to contact and replied quickly to any questions or help that I may have. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine in the apartment

It would have been even nicer if our balcony would have had furniture.

Apartment was big with very well equipped kitchen. The view was of a forest with a stream which could be heard - that was super! Hiking trails were not far.

The weather upon arrival - it was raining. :) But then it was snowing or sunny for the rest of the stay, so amazing!

Great place to stay for couple of days with your family. Nicely furbished apartments offering whole variety of accessories even like an electric grill, mixer, coffee machine with enough coffee capsules and on top of that a washing machine and a dryer! The room feels so comfortable that my wife told me that she wish it would look like that in our home once. :) Definitely recommend!

I booked 12 apartments for our group. Despite the facilities listing toiletries, this apartment had none of them. This apartment much more expensive than it should value.

The host was very good. She helped us whenever we needed. They provided many extra coffees.

I booked 12 apartments for our group. Despite the facilities listing toiletries, none of the apartments had them. Additionally, one apartment had a broken fridge handle, and another had a damaged cupboard. A few apartments were also missing hand wash liquid, dish washing liquid, and coffee capsules.

The caretaker "Karolina" was very nice and helpful. She answered our question, query and help messages instantly.

The kitchen was well-equipped, although there was a shortage of cutlery for four people. It's advisable to bring your own toilet paper.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation in Vítkovice, Krkonoše Mountains. The cleanliness was impressive, and the main bed was very comfortable. Each apartment comes with its own parking spot, which is convenient. The location is a highlight, situated in Vítkovice with easy access to several ski resorts and slopes just a few meters away. During our visit, there was no snow, but it's worth noting that in case of snowy and icy conditions, having snow chains for your vehicle is recommended. Overall, a well-located and clean accommodation option for those exploring the Krkonoše Mountains.
