The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The location was excellent- trams just around the corner from the hotel and everything you could possibly want for breakfast.

The welcoming at the hotel was great. Marcella met us on our arrival and took time to tell us about the hotel, places to see and eat.

Room was missing something. It felt like empty hospital room with white cold walls. Bad with pillows was excellent, but from opinion of interrier, there was an error in the room.

Breakfast was good. Welcome drink at check in also was nice.

Walking into the hotel feels like stepping back in time. The hotel maintains old world charm with the library and the fireplace. Elegant interior,high ceilings, lovely staircase, chandeliers. Excellent reception desk and excellent breakfast! Close to the lovely park, short lovely walk to Charles Bridge and National Opera House.

The room was perfect and what we asked for, plenty of space and cleanliness was at a great standard. The breakfast buffet that was included had a great range of food on offer and filled both myself and my partner for the day. The staff were amazing on the desk and were always friendly when entering or leaving the hotel and were always happy to help with any questions. The location is perfect for someone who wants to stay just out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city but still get that feeling you are in the city. Its very close to everywhere you want to go with the average walk time being around 30 minutes which is perfect for wanting to explore the area. The atmosphere in the foyer of the hotel was calm which was perfect to sit and enjoy after the day before heading out to one of the many restaurants a short walk away.

We could not fault the hotel

We received the most lovely welcome to Hotel Julian, and were greeted with such friendliness, a welcome drink, and a small token to mark my elderly mother's birthday. She was so very happy! The hotel is warm and cosy, our attic room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. breakfast is beautifully prepared and tasty, with lots of options.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Julian, the position was comfortable, nearby there is a Tram stop, the staff was really friendly and the welcome was very professional and Pitr has been really exhaustive with advice regarding Prague

The hotel was very close to the tram. You can go everywhere by tram. The room we stayed in the hotel was quite spacious. Dear Petr, who took care of us at the reception the day we arrived, was very polite and helpful. We thank him very much. It was very nice to be served mulled wine and cookies at the hotel for two days. The hotel was really quite successful.

Lack of ability to replenish coffee in the room. Reception advised only housekeeping could do this.

Its central location made it easy to get about. The breakfast was really good- always plenty of choice.

There was no shower rack to put your products, but apparently this is not allowed (hygiene regulations)

Couldn’t fault anything.

Great position, tucked away but close to shops, bars, cafes and the river. The room and the rest of the hotel was spotless. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. We were out of season for the rooftop experience but will go back in warmer months and enjoy the views.

Everything! A classic European lobby, complete with library, hearty breakfast, great location, comfortable rooms and knowledgeable, friendly staff plus affordable rates made this hotel the place to stay in Prague.
