Some street noise at night from the square, but that's what you get being downtown so it's no fault of the hotel.

Location was excellent, but most noteworthy was that the room far exceeded my expectations. I stayed in Prague for 4 nights the previous week, and I now wish I had stayed at Jungmann instead of another hotel. Will definitely return. Exceptional all around.

The bedroom was beautiful and much larger than expected. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had lots of options, hot and cold!

The hotel was very comfy. The location is superb, right in the center and next to a metro station. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend the hotel and consider to stay there again. We have stayed in the hotel only one night and have not received the same room as booked, but been given a generous discount, so it was all right.

The reception closes at 19:00 - however, not that’s a problem, as you can enter in and out by yourself.

Communication was great (we arrived late), room was gorgeous. High ceilings, big windows in a character property with really beautiful interiors, especially for a 'boutique' hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful with directions and keeping our bags on the last day. Perfectly located close to all the sights in the Old Town. Recommend 100 Spires tours. We did 2, both excellent. Free, pay what you like.

Tv channels only in local language, which is not good if you have international guests and you are rated a 4*Hotel.

Unbeatable location, half way between the Old historical centre and the new side of the capital. Just outside the underground station. Very safe. It is a small boutique Hotel, 12 rooms(2 rooms in 6 floors), very clean and quiet, even if it is in the middle of action in central Prague. Rooms are spacious, in old style with shower and big basin separated from the bed side by a white curtain, toilet in adjoining room. Good quality toiletries and towels. Breakfast is various, ok for €8.

We booked a double bed but it was two singles pushed together, and the mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. Also maybe insignificant, but there was only nespresso coffee in the breakfast and the cafe - to get a decent espresso we had to leave the hotel.

The boutique hotel is very conveniently located between the new and old town areas, with a metro stop just outside the door and several bus/tram stops within 5 minutes' walking. There was always hot water and space heating in the room, a rich breakfast and helpful staff.
