The staff at this hotel were excellent, they deserve 11 stars. Nice hotel in a good location with all city centre attractions within walking distance. Will book here when we return. Great stuff. Huzzah.

It was perfect.

We loved this hotel! Perfect central location, very helpful and friendly staff who all spoke excellent English (phew!) beautiful room overlooking the square and delicious breakfast to boot. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and the price was unbelievably reasonable. I have already recommended the Jungmann to my sister and if/when we return to Prague, this is where we will stay.

The breakfast starts at 8, but they allowed me to make it 15min before.

The location was great and the room really big with a view on the city. Wifi worked well. Breakfast normal, but not exceptional.

There’s nothing dissatisfied us.

It is perfect, clean, welcoming and in excellent location. By walking is able to reach the Old Town Square and all the famous spots there. I like the breakfast and the perfect service too.

It was all perfect

It is located at the city centre. Old Town, Museum, Charles Bridge and Vltava river is walkable. Breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly and polite. Quality of toiletries is good. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

A unique building housing 12 units only. The location was perfect , and the building had a very lovely vibe. A lively night street life added to the atmosphere, and the near by church’s bells were charming.

The facilities are a bit basic. I was in a room on the 6th floor with a skylight / window which (though it did have blinds) let some light in.

We ended up in a room with 2 single beds instead of a double. We didn’t complain as were only staying for 2 nights.

Location of the hotel was great. Breakfast was great although if you didn’t get there earlyish, items would run out.

Breakfast was ok but not as much variety as continental breakfasts I have had in hotels in other European cities. Room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet bowel was a very odd design and was not conducive to comfort. I would recommend this hotel as it is in a great location for exploring the city and was reasonably priced with large clean rooms and working Aircon and a small fridge which did have some complementary soft drinks and water.

The staff cared so much that, when they found one of my spare plane tickets that I had thrown away, they called me after I checked out and told me they found a plane ticket and asked if I needed it. So they both observed, thought, and acted. Fantastic

It's a small boutique hotel, so no reception at night and late evening. But that never was a problem, and they also they can be reached if you need something
